So I have to buy specialty tool to tighten the crank bolt and harmonic balancer
?
I used a chain wrench to hold the crank pulley.
I'm replacing head on 2014 ford focus se 2.0 trying to get my harmonic balancer and crank sensor align
Sorry I haven't responded. If you haven't finished there is a small bolt hole on the balancer that bolts to the oil pan. That's your line up.
What does just replacing balancer normal cost to have done?
350. depending labor cost
I have my tdc pin in and my cam plate in now I need to kno what tooth from the tdc hole or were I need to put the crank sensor
Do I need to remove the valve cover and use the cam locking tool or just the bolt. Only replacing Harmonic balancer
Yes you have to . Plus the crank locking bolt you must do the hole thing no choice
All I did was replace the harmonic balancer. I can’t get it to start and no compression. I never got into the timing chain or anything like that.
There is no locking pin on the crank that why they have a timing tool kit.

What’s the torque spec for the harmonic balancer bolt? Can’t seem to find it on all data
96 f350 dually harmonic pulse plate spin. Can't seem to find them. Need help.

I looked at engine diagrams and didn't see that part you have a picture of it?
