    Ingredients
    200g jellyfish, 1 cucumber (150g), 1/2 red pepper, 1 tomato, 1 tablespoon soju
    Jellyfish pickles)
    1 cup water, 2 tablespoon raw sugar, 2 tablespoon vinegar
    Lemon and garlic sauce)
    3 cloves of garlic (20 g, 2 tablespoons minced garlic), 2 tablespoons lemon juice,
    2 tablespoon vinegar, 2 tablespoon raw sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, a pinch of sesame oil
    Preparation)
    1. Wash Jellyfish in water
    (Wash the salted jellyfish under running water, add flour to wash the salted taste, soak in water for about 30 minutes, and then rinse.)
    2. When the water is about to boil in the pot, add the soju and add the jellyfish to boil for 10 seconds, then drain
    Wash in cold water and marinate in pickles for 30 minutes, then drain and squeeze out the excess water
    3. Cut the tomatoes into flat slices and slice the cucumbers. Mince red pepper and garlic
    4. Mix the seasonings and add the chopped red pepper to make a lemon garlic sauce (add 2 teaspoons of mustard to taste)
    5. Put the tomatoes in a dish, top with cucumber and jellyfish, and finish with a drizzle of lemon and garlic sauce. Enjoy!

      해파리냉채는 겨자 인넣은 것이 더 깔끔해요 그래서 기호에 따라 연겨자를 넣고 싶으면 2작은술 넣으시라고 레시피에 알려드렸어요
