this plane was concept almost a decade ago, and still is concept today without any near actual size working prototype by photos or videos
But its more than 1 decade? Its too long, seems more likely to fail?

An atractive design, range and cargo capacity will be an issue thou.
is there any reason why this merger is postponed? what is the situation now of the case XERI to XTI&INPX? any updated info?
I believe mergers get postponed all the time. But I think the two companies are still trying to close before Q2.
