- Hey everyone, thanks for tuning into this 30 day challenge!
Day 13 is here I'm feeling a little worse for wear today. A few drinks last night so today is going to be a battle! I'm determined to stay on track though while enjoying a nice Sunday Roast. Tomorrow is a new week and I'll be back preping the food!
Along the way, I have a strict diet plan and will be exercising regularly but all of this isn't set up to be some wild transformation as I still plan to lead an enjoyable life sharing family meals, trips away with work and days out with my wife and kids.
I have no idea how this is going to go so follow along as I'll be posting an update every day.
I don’t really drink, but I definitely know what you mean about extra food ruining your sleep. Gotta watch out for that! Keep up the good work! 💪
100% man! I actually just filmed this morning's update and the wine from Sunday is still having an effect on me! Saw Kinobody recently posted about doing this 2x2 on the weekend, 2 drinks on 2 nights. I am definitely gonna stick with that this weekend as it really feels like it's set me back. Like you said, the food is a killer too, a calorie is a calorie but when you're eating heavy foods it definitely affects you differently!

@@SamBoxell that sounds like a pretty good approach. Yes, heavy and salty foods for me especially make it tough to get to sleep. I’m in a bit of a mini cut for sep and oct. I always gain some weight over the holidays so this year I plan to go into them leaner to offset some of the weight gain.
