This series literally means the world to me, I started playing it when I was 4 years old, fell in love with it immediately and have loved it ever since.

I could be wrong, but i read somewhere that there were people in japan during the sengoku period that used chinese fighting styles. Mostly the Chinese immigrants, but even some samurai.
Dinh Lieng, nguoi Viet huh? Japanese took a lot of ideas from China and modified it to their own aesthetic. Japan had a lot of respect for China even if later on they had enmity.

Wow looking back on this game and the very first game they have no aged very well its a shame we will probebly never see a remaster or reboot of this series anytime soon

One thing i did not know, was that why Suzaku used Chinese sword. It's like, he loved using Chinese sword in his fighting styles.
