I always envision a scenario here where Goku and Vegeta are discussing their stances on the Saiyan past all while Oatmeal is fixing the scouter and Monaito is healing Granolah. A good leisure moment for the two to reminisce on everything, which then leads to Goku remembering everything & that epic walkout to confront Gas. This was a great story scene for this arc
And the tragedy was that it (his actual rebellion and dying) WAS in vain. Really put Frieza’s overheating power and evil into perspective on a personal level

Everyone loves the classic Toei Bardock with its mythical music, but you have to accept that this music feels the tension, but not of emotion, but of a farewell from a father to his son, of a race, a feeling mixed between hope but at the same time of the end of the world, the end of the Saiyan race.
I honestly loved your remake of solid state scouter, and now you've come out with this? You're doing Bardock justice not many others have been. Thank you, Gladius!

And I honestly really like the more emotional theme this version brings, though Solid State Scouter will always be a *solid* song in its own right. And you're remixes of it has only been bringing me new appreciation for these songs! Some of which I didn't even know existed but now honestly wanna check out.
Now that goku has finally remembered and from all we have seen in the granolah arc, i have hope that bardock will become a little more important and will be shown more frequently than before, hes such a unique character, the first saiyan to have a heart of kindness
I absolutely love the intro segment to this video! I can't wait for the anime to come back so we can see characters/forms from the "Moro" and "Granolah" arcs in games like Sparking! ZERO. Great work! You really outdid yourself with how epic you made this theme, it really makes you feel like Bardock making his last stand as a giant sun comes flying at you and your planet. I only wish that we had gotten Bardock with his iconic red bandana in this movie, even if it was only for the few seconds that we see his last stand.
It's been 6 years since the dragon ball super anime ended. One piece has done a fantastic job of filling the void that Super left in my life. Now as we approach Dragon Ball Daima, my heart is heavy but my mind is full. We will get to see Akira Toriyama's farewell to the series and hopefully a beautiful passing of the torch moment to Toyotaro.
Every time i play this theme, the theme reminds me of man of steel so much! And that's a good thing! Bardock and man of steel are something i love..and this is a mix of both things I love.

Know what I just realized? The scouters are also recording devices. I had no idea.. this is a relatively new concept that was introduced in Dragon Ball super. This did not exist during DBZ and DBZ Kai. Allow me to explain. During the Frieza art yes the Saiyan saga is a part of the phrase ark because there are only three major arcs to DBZ. In dragon ball super actually backtrack in the freezer ark I thought Nappa and Vegeta could listen in on Raditz conversation to Goku and piccolo in real time. I thought rabbits himself forgot that they could listening or maybe he was well aware and knew that could listen it. That’s why he said they will come for me I know they will. Miss placed trust. But trust from him nonetheless. Anyways, this is how we bring Raditz back to life. A fighter with a low pathetic power level heralding from the freezer force they are a few scouts still on planet earth. And then one of them says passively in conversation hey remember that guy saying rabbit he was stronger than all of us he was a Strongest RD Entire and Frieza force. Except for the Ginyu force. If he brought came back to life freezer would give us a promotion. So they use the dragon balls and say bring the saying rabbits back to life. And there you go and then before all this happens they somehow find the scouter that Bouma repaired recent member it broke the same scouter of Raditz was broken during the saying saga. Period therefore they find that scouter and repair it listening to the fight between Goku’s and Piccolo versus Raditz. That’s granting them to gather the dragon balls or steal them from the Z fighters and then make the wish to bring Raditz back to life. Instead of going with freezer rats has other plans and decides to head off world trying to get stronger and build up his own army to get revenge on Goku’s and Piccolo. Right it says something like for my father. In preparation to destroy Goku’s and Piccolo as well as the rest of the sea fighters and Gohan may be giving a rats a personal grudge against Gohan but especially against Goku and piccolo. The reason why ratted sad for my father, is because he remembers Bardock as a cold hearted bastard. Goku remembers Bardock as a kind hearted father. Interesting parallels definitely gonna have a flashback of Bardock with both rabbits and Goku to show the parallels and differences to size of the same coin. Hopefully they don’t kill Bart they don’t kill rabbits off like before but he gets to stay alive I’m out of the confrontation I would love to see him get super Saiyan super seen two, super Saiyan three and him would look crazy cool I don’t know how that would happen but I’d be amazing. And he becomes like a major powerhouse villain or something like that. This right here the scouter is the key to bringing rabbits back to life. Technically the scouter was damaged because Boomer was using it to read the power levels of Goku versus the Saints Napa and Vegeta. However because she’s a genius she herself who is Lee repair that scouter. Or the freezer force can repair that scouter. Technology has improved greatly over the course of time. In one year it makes like 100 year leap and technology or something like that. So since it’s been a plethora of years revitalizing the scouter is a piece of cake and
If only he knew the man he fathered . . . Well I guess he kinda did, but you know what I mean. I know it wouldn't be very good story wise if he came back, but I would love for him to see his son. Use Ultra Instinct against someone, show him just how mighty the Saiyans really are. Gine too.

I started to tear up when I first saw the movie, when Gine and Bardock were sending Kakarot off 😢 Something about the way the music hit and the dark blue color palette of the night sky. Hit me in a deep place.
Paradox story his life his battle his mindset and his transition from evil to good so amazing. What a really cool character. Wish you never died and I definitely wish with that Morgan. Through Bardock I would love to see the resurrection of his eldest son Raditz. That would be so amazing.
I cried when Vegeta cried before his death telling Goku the truth about what happened to their home planet , explaining why he tried so hard to defeat that demon Frieza , to avenge their brothers and sisters 💔 That cover triggered that as well as the scene of Bardock 💔
I think Bardock deserves a Reboot/Remake merging the best of both worlds (DBZ & DBS) like in a movie creating a fitting canon timeline for Bardock kind hearted and smart yet battle hardened elite Saiyan force badass leader with a recreation of all the events+(it may include a brief history of the Saiyans of U7 in further details & the Saiyan/Tuffel war)

This is truly... Bardock's Fall... The one to try and save Planet Vegeta was a lower-class warrior with a power level below 10,000. The tyrant who set to destroy the planet he was up against had a power level of 500,000. He stood up against all odds and clashed with the tyrant... yet he lost... Bardock... you really were the last Saiyan who cared. About his family, his planet, and most importantly, his Kakarot.
How do you improve on Bardock's and planet Vegeta's death. By using sweet music and turning it into beautiful animation. And then it's improved again by Gladius.
Even though this DOES retcon some things, like Goku's age at arrival to Earth, I feel like it's worth it to make Bardock's legacy canon. I know I am not the only one who'd love to see Bardock and Gine actually physically meet Goku...which would only be if Goku dies or ends up in the afterlife in some way.

Even though this DOES retcon some things, like Goku's age at arrival to Earth, I feel like it's worth it to make Bardock's legacy canon. I know I am not the only one who'd love to see Bardock and Gine actually physically meet Goku...which would only be if Goku dies or ends up in the afterlife in some way.
