After 75 years in business, Provo Power, a member of the Utah Municipal Power Agency (UPMA), wanted to upgrade its outdated equipment for more environmentally friendly power generation. Local Cat dealer Wheeler Power Systems installed five clean-burning Cat G352OH natural gas generator sets, reducing plant emissions by 97 percent.

impressive design of H series ever seen as compared to C and E series especially electric side, engine single Turbocharger along single slim and slender air filter housing.

Wow, a gear reduction unit on an ICE genset! Is the engine that much more efficient / less emissions at whatever RPM it's operating at to recover the cost of the gear reducer and added loses of running thought the gear reducer to drive the alternator at the required RPM? I know someone did the math, but I find it hard to believe the costs worked out that much to offset the added costs.
the gas units i service the engine turns 2300rpm and the box drops the alternator to 1800
Saya sering pake genset Caterpillar karena selain tenaganya oke berat genset agak ringan dibandingkan yg lain tapi untuk bahan bakarnya memang agak boros tapi ya itu kunci utama tenaga mesin Tersebut
