Funny how Crypto started off with the strongest and worked his way down. Landed in the USA with the strongest military, then his base got nuked by the second strongest in the second game, and then had to deal with the Chinese in the 3rd main game (the 3rd strongest world power)
You know a game's going to be good when it starts off with saying they're covered with nipples especially when it comes from a character who's voiced by Jack Nicholson and also has his "friend" and guide Zim to help him along the way
Platinum Pequod Also Nicholson played a power hungry military general in A Few Good Men. Crypto is more unhinged but there’s definitely a lot in common. Still a weird decision, no idea how they came up with it. But it fits too perfectly. Wouldn’t have it any other way

Or in the case of Spyro, they changed the voice actor for the first game so that it would be the same voice actor across the trilogy (Tom Kenny replaced the original voice actor for two and three). So the only reason not to have Crypto come back would be if he couldn’t do it. But I don’t imagine whoever the hell the guy is having tons of other work right now.
I remember when I played it on the PS2 and remember the dialogue and sounds were always awkward and watching it now I am laughing my ass off! Hopefully the remake can bring back some of the comedy and awkwardness back.

if you think about it after completing Destroy All Humans 2, Crypto didn't get mad at the Majestic Agent calling him green, he got mad cause the Majestic Agent assumed he was from Mars; aka. the home planet of the Blisk, the Furon's old enemy that they were at war with and resulted in the Furons becoming infertile and resorting to cloning to stay alive, which the DNA quality is slowly degrading and would eventually cause their extinction. the Majestic guy unintentionally called Crypto a blisk,
