My Dad passed away 13 years ago at 93. He rode Indians when he was young and loved them his entire life. He could tell you all of the reasons that they were superior. From the suspension to the valves. He was a true believer in the brand. I don't ride due to a physical disability. But I look at them on the web and have even visited a few showrooms. They are beautiful machines.

In 2002, my boyfriend had a 1947 Indian, Chief. We rode that thing from Springfield, MO., to Springfield,MA. It was the best and most comfortable ride I ever took. We never broke down. It was unbelievable. Harleys suck and are uncomfortable.

My husband is in the funeral industry and works with local MC's on "biker funerals" and Oh LORD! The amount of ppl saying "There won't be a Harley used" has suddenly become the biggest issue. Every single MC is beyond livid because this isn't just a motorcycle this is their way of life. These ppl are not weekend riders and they want Harley to pay.
The way to fix this is not giving money to these companies. For those who own Harley's like me, go to their website, find the contact information, contact them and let them know in a civilized manner to get rid of the CEO, the board of directors and all this DEI crap. Fight for it because taking no action will not accomplish anything.

Upping the tariffs to a wild amount on Mexican imported John Deere's sounds like a good idea to me. John Deere is already over priced crap anyway, why not up them even more? John Deere's smallest sub-compact tractor was $4,000 more than my Massey Ferguson for the same configuration and they use far more plastic than MF does.

Indian motorcycles are awesome! You don’t have to throw thousands of dollars in upgrades after you buy it like you do with Harley. Indian comes out of the box with balls and well built. My wife and I have been riding them for years. Maybe Elon can bring Harley Davidson back maybe he could buy it and de-woke it like he did with Twitter. I don't own a motorcycle but this whole woke Harley-Davidson thing has me thinking of buying an Indian.
I currently have a mid-size adventure bike. That Scout Bobber looked pretty darn nice and $13K is not bad for a bike like that.
I love my Indian. 30 thousand miles, and has been bullet proof.
Five times as many Harley Davidsons have done > 30 thousand miles, and have been bullet proof.
Indian is going the woke route too. They pulled it off their website after HD got called out. Don't fool yourself.
Indian is owned by Polaris, which is owned by Subaru. Look at the Polaris logo and the Subaru logo. Polaris is one of the stars. Subaru is worse than Harley in terms of progressivism.

My husband is in the funeral industry and works with local MC's on "biker funerals" and Oh LORD! The amount of ppl saying "There won't be a Harley used" has suddenly become the biggest issue.
Every single MC is beyond livid because this isn't just a motorcycle this is their way of life. These ppl are not weekend riders and they want Harley to pay.

In June I bought my third motorcycle as a retirement gift for myself. First two bikes I've owned (and still own one) were HDs. This time I bought an Indian Scout 101. Amazing performance.
