Tohmas kit is designed around applying pyro to enemies and providing a solid refreshable shield for his teammates. That way, not only your dps wont get hit by enemies and you are practically immune to interruption, you will always have pyro on the enemies, allowing you to have consistent melts, vapes and even burns. It is important to mention one of his strengths, which is being able to use a favonius weapon unlike that piece of shit unit kokomi, which, without even counting pyro particles generation, makes him a perfect teammate for bennett so this character can burst once a chamber. Lastly, Tohma provides a 16% damage bonus on normal and charged attacks, which might be important for dps characters such as alhaitham cyno afumedo wriobeastley and even navia

Also, judging by the catastrophic lack of character "Al Haitam" damage, I can say that you did not use 4pc "Unfinished Reverie" artifacts set, which is considered in the speedrun community to be a signature for the burning soul team. Also not using Nahida elemental burst "Illusory Heart" which is to be known for Manifesting the Court of Dreams and expanding the Shrine of Maya, which in turn leads to increased elemental mastery depending on the elemental mastery of the character with the highest elemental mastery, can also lead to loss of damage.
