You shouldn’t be ranking them by their speed, you should be ranking them by damage. As you can see Raiden is the best electro because she can nuke out huge numbers without reactions. Also my Raiden is c0 and she does over 300k+.

Gonna be honest, I was very disappointed in Electro traveler. Probably his worst power. I mean, he's probably one of the weakest character. Even a 4 star electro character would have done better.

It's unfair to use shielded enemy for this showcase. Not everyone can break the shield easily. Try aeon light, ASIMON, hydro tulpa, primo geo vishap.
Those bosses are even more unfair cuase characters like yae miko have infinete uptime but characters like Cyno dont have enough uptime
