    I like my Astrolith. Sound is very balanced, not fatiguing , nice bass. Comfortable for several hours of listening. Livelier than the Fathom . I'm going to have a Bonneville next week, can't wait to compare.

      i have the bonneville, how you compare them?:)

      @@vincenzotufo7392 I like both very much. The Bonneville has a 'funner' sound. A bit more bass emphasis and mids. The astrolith might be 'more analytical' It has the bass, but is more restrained, pretty much all the way The Astrolith is a bit ( just a little ) harder to drive than the Bonneville. I found that listening to the Bonneville at fairly low volume still gave me a satisfying experience. The Astrolith needed just a bit more volume for the same experience.

    I've never tried a Campfire planar but I would love to.

    Totally agree with your review. Just had a demo this evening and the fullness throughout the range was so impressive. During my demo I played Also sprach Zarathustra (Royal Philharmonic Orchestra), Sing a Song (Kenny Garrett), Holding Back the Years (Gretchen Parlato) , The Time is Right (Barry White). I felt like I was in Milan listening to a concert at La Scala. The soundstage was so wide. The only drawback is price. I would have to get a nice bonus at work before buying these.

    Efgaristau, Stephen, but I prefer the Campfire Dorado over the Andromeda.
    The Trifecta is also spectacular (though a tad oversized, not to mention OVERPRICED).
    The Vegan Vicar.

    As an LCD X 2021 owner and lover, I would probably enjoy these. But they’re out of my price range. I find the Symphonium Meteors give me close to the LCD X tuning, but they’re not planars. Good vid and presentation. I like your taste

    Hi, can you please explain to me how I can use Eversolo as a UPnP, if my server is a laptop, not a NAS? now I would also like to use Eversolo SSD as a library. I hope that despite my weak English you understand the question?

    Random question How do you compare the GM with the Radon 6 ?

    • @BloomAudio
      @BloomAudio  20 днів тому +1

      Grand Maestro has a bigger emphasis in the subbass and a more controlled midbass, but doesn't have the same fullness and richness in the mids as Radon. If you're sensitive to any sense of "bloat" in the midbass, then you'll probably prefer Grand Maestro. I definitely prefer Radon6 for more rock/alternative/metal type genres, while Grand Maestro's subbass is great with pop/electronic/EDM type stuff. It's funny, Grand Maestro has the "vocal" switch, but I didn't really like it for vocals and did like it for things like instrumental guitar.
