Blueberry 🫐 “2 Ingredient Bagel” Recipe Yield: 8 Bagles 3 C Flour 3tsp Baking Powder 1/2 tsp Salt 650g (2 1/2C) Plain Greek Yoghurt 1 C frozen blueberries (wild blueberries are best) Instructions 1. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt (You can substitute self rising flour and then omit this step.) 2. Add in the plain Greek yoghurt and stir. 3. Knead until the dough is no longer sticky. About three minutes. 4. Get frozen blueberries from freezer. Toss in 2 tsp of flour. Fold in 1/3 of the blueberries at a time. 5. Form into bagel shapes. This can be done by making a circle and then forming a hole in the center. 6. Put an egg wash on the top. 7. Bake in the oven at 375° for 25 minutes. 8. Cool and enjoy! Perfect served with cream cheese! Notes: As you work with the dough and form it into the bagels shape add a sprinkle of flour so it’s not sticky to work with.
I think it’s best for you to try it and then I’m interested to see how you describe them! My husband say “soft & chewy”. Best fresh out of the oven! We like to toast them the next day!

Most bagels are boiled in water before baking to make them chewy, so these come out chewy like regular bagels or are they more like a baked bread?
They are not like a traditional bagels really- they do have a little chew because of the yougurt- but more like a bread yes. A bit hard to describe!
