2 x 6s in series makes a 12S lipo , do you have a 12S charger ? I theory it possible but 12S chargers are very rare.... Maybe you meant parallel charging , this is possible with a parallel charging board . Keep in mind that your charge current is divided over the 2 batteries so there is not really a time advantage over single charge.

You state a DC input port. Why are the DC minimums for a EFFECTIVE charge rate. DC 12v input at 10A, 25A, 100A ? or 24V@ 10A. etc., ??
