- From The Walking Dead, Paola Lázaro (Princess) and Michael James Shaw (Mercer) gave a panel at Fandemic Dead 2022 to talk about the show, their characters' relationship, and to answer fan questions. Also, it's determined their couple name is PRINCER.
Paola Lázaro portrays Juanita "Princess" Sanchez on The Walking Dead, but is also known for roles in the Lethal Weapon TV series, SMILF, Black Bear, and the upcoming Patty's Auto.
Michael James Shaw plays Mercer on The Walking Dead, but is also known for his roles in Avengers: Endgame and Avengers: Infinity War, plus Blood & Treasure, Limitless, Constantine and Bull.

Princess came in and blew my mind. She is such an intriguing, well rounded, bad-A character.
Mercer's west point comment had me floored. I'm so in for what's coming, whatever it is.
Her episode that went into mental health was what really connected me to her character. So good!

she rules. i got to spend 3 hours with her. i got to go to senoia for the final week of filming and i got to be a walker at alexadria walls. meet many of the stars. got to see many set locations. i made a documentary about it. she is so nice. i got t film her a bunch etc
So she isn't just like that in the walking dead I see XD. Awesome lady

These two are so cool and soulful. And the little song is great but the audience is so white bread they didn't get it.
This panel just shouldn’t have a host, the guy was cringy and not funny at all. I wanted more of Paolo and Michael talking. Would love to see a spinoff of Princess and Mercer from the start of the apocalypse until now.
