- Most riders can only dream of racing the Tour de France in front of an adoring home crowd, but for Mads Pedersen that dream will soon become a reality.
In our latest episode of ALL ACCESS we met up with Mads in Copenhagen for a behind the scenes look at his journey to the Grand Depart. - Спорт
Mads has that rare old school toughness. The way he speaks his mind and is hard on himself first if things does'nt go as planned, makes him a great leader.
His 2022 TDF stage win was one of the highlights of the tour. Animating the break himself several times, riding away from a chasing peloton with a good strong group. Then putting Ganna and Küng in the corner with 12k to go and then to finish it off boss-style with a overpowering sprint, that was an incredible performance. Chapeau!
His many wins of the 2022 season makes it hard not to think, that it's just a matter of time before he'll take one of the spring monuments! Or another World Championship!
Agree on everything. Maybe Paris-Roubaix this season? Rooting for him so much! :)
I know that it is one of his greatest goals, and this year marks the 10th anniversary of when he won Junior Paris-Roubaix.

Some riders are just built for it. The respect around him in the peloton is obvious and well deserved. 🌈

Mads is the definition of defying his generations trademark. Softness
Younger generations have always been labelled as soft and it's always been bull. There's even some recent research to suggest so as well. But Mads is certainly above average as far as toughness goes -- old-school and still liked by his peers.
