I had to show this to my 5 year old daughter. Just so amazing to see the women finally getting their chance at racing this course just like the men have for so long. This is the 2nd win in a row for Trek-Segafredo also! Amazing!
I was lucky enough to be at the velodrome to see Elisa raise her hands. What a truly special moment to witness!
I love watching all bike races, but Roubaix is just more than a bike race somehow. I love and I hate the chaos. It's the most special race of the season - the most special sporting event of the season actually. Besides the Tour and the World Championship, THIS is the race to win in cycling. I LOVE this race.
