  • August 7 2009 - (Thanks to Justine for reminding me of this gem!) In the days before Geoff Peterson, Craig sometimes talked to an invisible sidekick (Davis), or just to himself. In this monologue, things get physical between Craig and Craig. :D

Any "type" of Craig is great! "Old", "New", or whatever... At the end of the day, he makes us a good laugh! I don't mind I guess :)

I'm pretty new to this show as it's not aired here in Finland. I've honestly watched your every clip, and just love the show. Cheers!

Old Craig is so much better. He makes me smile now but not nearly as much

I agree. The Geoff Petersonization of the show is a big part of the problem. Geoff is crude and nasty. The more they expand his role, the more the show takes on his character. The Craig that drew us to him is charming and witty--naughty but not crude. I think putting so much effort into feeding Geoff lines and being Geoff's straightman has changed Craig's performance and where a lot of his humor comes from. He's brilliant alone. I think it would help if he went back to being a solo act again.

I agree with BlueDevilStrong1227, I refuse to watch the show 'till he cleans it up a bit. There is a fine line between funny and disgusting. I've watched the show since it began. Hell, I remember when saying "fuck" on it was a big deal. I'm thinking the robot has something to do with this change in sense of humour.
