870 20 gauge and HANDLOADED TSS

- Shooting my 870 20 gauge one last time before season starts to make sure its dead on and patterning good with my hand loads. Switched from Jebs choke tube .560 and apex ninja to an Indian creek choke tube .555 shooting hand loaded TSS #8.5s. Stay tuned for turkey hunting videos only a couple weeks from season!
Good patterns there. I-C chokes hard to beat. Good luck this season.

I have a IC .555 in my Franchi 20ga shooting apex 9s. Tried a Jebs .555. One shot each IC shot straight Jebs shot left. Being I only use the factory sight I went with the IC. I have the apex blend to try this season. Maybe Wilson custom loads

Those apex shoot dang good with a jebs! We shot my buddies 870 20 gauge with 26 inch barrel with my jebs .560 with apex #9s it had 278 in 10 inch circle at 40 yards it was insane!
I shot them SmallTown Blend last year and killed 3 that didn’t flop they pattern good with that Jebs also. Got some 9s this year so that’s good to know thanks for the info. 👊🏻
What was you use in hand load

Nice patterns. My experience with TSS sometimes the .555 over chokes the pattern and blows it open I’ve had better results and from .562-.570s tubes. Thats a heck of a custom load you got there. Good luck this year! 🦃🦃💥
Thanks! I have a factory Remington xtra tight turkey which is a 572 I was going to try next but when I shot that IC I said oh yeah that it there! Good luck to you too!!

I wish I could show you a picture of one I shot last year he was to close ! I took a quarter size hole out of his neck was no bone at all where the shot went through I almost missed!! Then missed one the next day at 20 yards n got him on the run at 30! Love how those 20 gauges shoot 👊🏼👊🏼

What constriction jebs are you shooting and are these the nitro company custom loads ?
The jebs was a .560. The IC I’d a 555 which I already had only reason I didn’t swap the .560 jebs out for a .555 jebs and no they are not, I’ve never heard of them before. I hand loaded these my self
Nitro company has good loads from everything I’ve heard and they have choke recommendations for gun/shell combos. They aren’t cheap loads but no TSS is
