Dressing:
Tag: Silver oval tinsel or wire
Tail: Orange and yellow bucktail mixed
Rear body: Silver holographic mylar or flat braid tinsel
Front body: Black floss
Rib: Silver oval tinsel or wire
Wing: Grey squirrel dyed blue with pearl flash above
Hackle: Hot orange over yellow

I wonder can you possibly use blue hackle for the wing if you don't have the blue squirrel

Absolutely or even a blue hackle in front will still give you the colours and shape. I've heard of a few folks fishing a cascade without a wing and having success but any blue hair or bunch hackle would work 👍
