This is exactly what I want to do!!! Thanks so much for sharing your skills and knowledge!!! Watching and rewatching. Wish I could hit the thumbs up button 50 times.
Aw thank so much, Kathy!! So glad it’s helpful! Best of luck! 💕
Okay this is genius !!! I’m a scroll beginner but everytime I see videos like this I get so inspired to do bigger projects than what I’ve been doing (simple ornaments) thanks for the tricks
Thanks for watching!! It’s definitely a time-consuming project, but enjoyable! And it’s always fun to try new things 😊. Happy scrolling!

Have you made any outdoor signs with lettering on a scroll saw? If so what type of wood did you end up using?
Hi! I have! I used cedar and several coats of spar urethane.
Did you paint it? If you did how did the paint take?
@@joshschultz5743 I didn’t paint it-just stained. They make outdoor paint, but if you don’t want the wood look, you could also try cutting acrylic?
@@WendellWoodworks ok thanks for your replies!
@@joshschultz5743 best of luck!
Greetings. I am a member of the Central Indiana Woodworkers (Indianapolis, Indiana). We are beginning to fill our 2024 calendar with presenters at our monthly meetings. Do you do presentations for groups such as our club? If yes, do you live close enough to travel by vehicle to Indianapolis? If no, do you have the equipment and help to do a virtual presentation? Professional presenters are fairly compensated . - The average attendance at monthly meetings is 90 to 120 woodworkers. - Thanks. Mick
Thanks so much for the ask, Mick! I actually grew up in that area but am 6 hrs away now :). I don’t plan on doing any presentations this year, but thanks for thinking of me.
