Today I went with my mom to her favorite German flower shop in Krefeld. I never knew that that place was so huge. They’re not only sell flowers a lot of other stuff as well. After the shopping we visited my dad’s gravesite to bring some fresh flowers.

My dad passed away last yr in July. He bravely battled cancer til the end. Still miss him tho I believe he's in another peaceful realm. No matter the problems try your best to spend quality time and make an effort to bond. We should take nothing for granted. Godspeed to you and your mother GIV. After my Dad passed my moms favorite place to go was the flower nurseries. We would spend a while in there looking at all the beautiful flowers then go back around and pick out what she wanted. She found a comfort in doing that. Now she has passed too. Your Mom seems so sweet and that beautiful smile she has. Her backyard garden should be published in a magazine! Simply breathtaking! It brought back so many memories of her and her mom shopping together there. You both are the same age. She lost her mom on memorial day in 2000. Gewächshaus/Treibhaus = Greenhouse. It's nice to see you hanging out with your mom. Mine's been gone 10 years now, and I really miss that part, just hanging out and talking. Your father was a handsome man; I too am sorry we didn't get the opportunity to know him. Your mom's hair is getting long! I'm a bit envious; I had all mine chopped off during a recent hospitalization, and it's taking forever to grow back.
