Delicious recipe Bhain jee. Since you are posting such a healthy delicious recipe, I just wanted to share with you that it is not healthy to cook roti directly on gas flames because natural gas emits a dangerous chemical called benzene. I came to know of this last year, so I wanted to share with you. You can Google up benzene and natural gas to verify.
