just a few notes, campsites can be reused unless they get raided, which may or may not destroy it. it’s good to have backups for that. also mini spoiler but there is a class that can use any and all equipment if the fashion is a dealbreaker for some ppl.

Just bought this because it was on sell. I couldn’t agree more with your goblin complaint, other then that this game has sucked me in and I love everything about it now, even the frustrating goblins
Nice review, I just playes a few hours and the game is awesome. However the max hp restriction and the item carry system is a little bit annoying. The combat system and the creative stuffs are really good.
It has a lot of potential, it needs its own bitterblack isle expansion, without bitterblack isle dragons dogma 1 would have been nearly forgotten, at least not enough to want a part 2
@ hey bro, yeah the bitterblack isles portion of the dark arisen had some of the most amazing monster encounters I’ve ever seen, from multiple kinds of dragons, to even death, and if your arnt already fully decked out and see death, just run.. but also killing him was the biggest pain in the ass because after you fight him and if you havnt died, he disappears and you have to find him again which can take hours, after heavy research on how to defeat him, it probably took me a good 8-10 hours or so to slay him, because he disappears 2-3 times at least and he respawns in random locations throughout the entire dungeon, he’s harder to beat then the final boss even, which is one of those fights if you know the mechanics it’s not so bad fights, there’s just so much going on there in that dungeon to go over, it takes a while to master, and the beauty of it all is, it’s all repeatable, every run you come out with some new gear or rare mats you were missing previously which are needed to upgrade gear
@@TheValleyKnight Hello dude, I'm blasting DD 2 this year. Over 135 hours of playing. The camping gear is reusable at will (whatever wich one btw). This is not a one shot item at all. Set it up, cook, sleep, when you wake up it's automatically wrap up and put back into the buddy carrying it at the beginning. The only case you can loose it, it's if you are attacked during your rest. Then there is a chance the camping gear could be destroyed (but even tho, it's only a chance, it can be safely getting back). To avoid being attacked during rest, make sure to clear the aera around the camping site before installing it. I've been attacked just once during my entire gameplay, camping gear was safe. Just be sure before calling off a pawn of your crew that he is not the one carrying the camping gear. Else, you have to go to your chest to get it back ;-]
Just played a few hours and not impressed. Compared to Elden Ring or Black myth Wookong it feels clunky and old gen. The character movements lack fluidity and the environment has no life.
Comparison is the thief of joy. If you like Elden Ring and Wukong that much, play it. I've played both and if you're telling me Elden Ring's movements are more fluid and up to date than Dragon's Dogma 2, I'd laugh at you

Dragon's dogma dark arisen is in the Microsoft store for $5. Worth every penny

@@TheMacClayne as far as I know you need a camping gear to set a camp, and you lose it once you do, thus needing another campsite to rest again
