Once a year, my wife and I sip about an ounce of the eggnog we made using this recipe back in 2015. We continue to try it to see at what point we don't care for it. The way it's going, we'll run out before our experiment is complete!
Two years ago i made eggnog following Adam Ragusea, i just found the eggnog in the back of my fridge and ran to youtube to see if anyone else is drinking their old dairy 😅

Even though the taste of the booze flavors is muted, can you still get a sense of the proof?
Not really.. I mean you can definitely tell it’s a boozy eggnog but it’s really mellow
