You actually don’t need the club or any item that contain nails/bolts, you can use whatever lights up the craft button (except blueprints of course) easiest would be to find 2 stones and click on the stone knife so the craft button lights up and then you examine the nail/bolt after taking it out and works the same, also Alt+C is the same as clicking on the craft button but you can do it outside the menu

Yep, another good tip :) Alt +C will craft the last item you crafted in the list.
