I understand what youre saying about the numbers. Haters gon hate. I know for sure this car and this blower going down 2 pulley sizes and adding that huge monoblade is gonna pick up some significant hp 70 wheel sounds about right. With cams its gonna be an animal. Does the car have a lower? I assume youre gonna do that after the build...throw in those cams, higher compression, a 10-15% lower and e85 and that thing will def hit past 4 digits on hp and torque easily. Gonna be nasty

Florida Living ya idk what the deal was with his belt... when we raced the first week he was saying he was down on power which is why he was only at 720whp on Dyno day but previous videos he was at 800whp... yet he put on a new throttle body, pulley and new belt to get to 800whp in this video so idk 🤷🏻♀️ I think he was just thinking it would be enough to beat me considering I have only 680whp, but like I said I have an amazing tuner who really made my car shine

@Evil Mofo yea im in southwest va near the tennessee boarder and we dont have it here much but there are two stations about 30 miles or so from me that have it theyre both in opposite directions from one another both are sheetz stations and both have stupid good quality (ive tested them between 85-90% everytime the 85 was during winter its 90% during summer its wonderful) I go there and fill up in my 16 fiesta st that is fbo x37 hybrid turbo tuned on e30 (all the stock fuel system can take) so i just gotta add 3 gallons of it to every full tank of 93....i could run full e85 with an upgraded fuel system but my turbo is near the max of what it can support anyways so no use...its just a little 1.6 EcoBoost and has an upgraded stock turbo which is TINY...im doing 280/280 to the tires in a 2600 lbs car which is about 100 lbs less than stock and 100 whp more than stock. It isnt the fastest thing around but it is quick for what it is...perfect daily i still average 28 mpg and its practical. Im gonna get myself a gt500 to sit beside it in 2021 thats gonna be my weekend nice weather big power straight line car that i also take to shows lol. Ill prob start out on 93 but at some point ill have it on e85 ill just have to get more jugs hahaha. Hope they start having it in more places around here
In the last pull in kind of looked like the coolant reservoir was getting pressurized. I only say that because that’s what mine did when it was having boost blow by through the head gaskets. Coolant level was looking a tad low as well
Hey just thought you should know your rear tires are mounted backwards in the camera shots at the end of the video.. there is a rotation arrow on the tire that will tell you. But you just need to switch the driver side rear to the passenger side and vice versa.
Probably the driver... LOL. Thing is, a Hellcat is a factory warrantied 700, while yours is a highly unstable to-the-limit tune with no room for error. I wouldn't go that high if I were you, dude. Unless you're loaded with a trust fund.
I think driver mod is in need here. With very good drivers in a HC automatic (the quickest) and of course manusl only GT500 (2013-14 662hp models) the GT500 wibs by a few feet in rolls and by half a car to 60 mpg because despite traction issues with both, the GT500 just puts it down a little better.
Similar thing happened to me, lost to a F150 ecoboost in my Silverado. So naturally the next step for me was adding my own turbo and now it makes ~700whp lol
@@karlhopkins713 that was the numbers 6 months prior in warmer temps which screwed numbers he explained this in the video. They dynoed in this day it was like 755...uncorrected it was doing 765 uncorrected 6 months prior right there within the ballpark where it should be. They went from. 755 to 817 uncorrected on this day.
I’m surprised this 9.0:1 low compression stock-bottom engine made 800 wheel HP and Torque. This engine needs to be stroked to 6.0 liters; eagle rods and crank and reshaped pistons for 12.5:1 compression. Heads need to be ported to get as much AFR into those cylinders as fast as possible
They are already max bored out factory basically. It's a 5.4 that has been bored within an inch of its life at the factory. It wouldn't do much for it because honestly the 5.8 really doesn't make much more power than 5.4 when running the same setup otherwise so why would a 6.0 make a noticeable difference? It wouldn't. It can make 800 wheel with fbo and this badass gen3r blower. The stock blower can do it on e85 pullied to hell and back.
Personally, I'm content to wait until you get the built motor and all the suspension system tweaks done before you take it to the dragstrip. It's great that the new mods gave you some respectable gains, but I'd rather see you stick with your original gameplan and get it done right before the dragstrip. No sense having something go wrong before all the real majic happens, could be very costly.
That coyote is on a larger blower and e85 with return fuel system. That is a big advantage this gt500 was still on pump and boostane. Oh and BTW this gt500 made over 800 hp AND torque let's see that coyote do that.

The gen3r can make every bit as much power as a 2.9 liter Whipple can equal setup for equal setup all day long and it does it with less displacement and makes more torque by nature and is more snappy down low because of the tvs tech it has. I guarantee a gen3r can do 900 with e85 and cams hell probably alot more than 900 codey Chaney did 925 with it on a stock motor with no cams but he was spinning it pretty hard at about 27 psi. The gen3r is plenty capable of making power. If you think otherwise you're sadly mistaken. You're also mistaken if you thought it took alot of help to get the gen3r to make this power considering the setup and the fuel he's on its solid numbers. You can't compare against cammed e85 setups that is probably over 100 rwhp worth of power difference at this power level so it isn't comparable.

Stop messing with that supercharger and put a twin turbo on that car. Then you will see the power you want.The supercharger is taking to much power from the engine to make power. You can make more power less boost.probably make 800 +900 pump gas.
@@chadkent1241 it isn't always about absolute max power. Turbos come with their own set of headaches. It completely changes the character of the car. The way the power comes on isn't the same the feel isn't the same the sound isn't the same. Vmp blowers are some of the most efficient blowers out there making this kind of power with an untouched lower on pump/boostane with a 2.65 liter blower is pretty good imo. Over 800 hp and torque to the tires. The terminators and the gt500s are two cars that need a positive displacement blower on them it's just part of the DNA and their personality. You want a turbo build go coyote.

After seeing a billion people add power to these cars the biggest problem honestly is the transmission and the gears you want to run. You need better switching speed and gear ratios. You have the power just need to get it out
Manuel Guisar and the Zl1 as well! Get a 2 for 1! All them new parts and time tuning the GT500 got it running great, especially with that ported blower.
He likely makes good money at his job plus this UA-cam stuff pays too when you have the number of followers he does. With that said all he did in this video was a pulley swap and tbody that is under 1000 in mods.

It has boostane did yall neglect to hear that part? It's basically on 100 octane race fuel a full bottle of boostane turns 93 into 100. That is the purpose in boostane you don't gotta worry about little lower quality fuel itll bump it up to 100+ pretty much regaurdless if you put a whole bottle in. You guys don't listen very well.
That was a really long explanation of horse shit horse power numbers and dynos only to say at the end the horse power numbers and dynos don’t matter we gonna run 9s, use dynos for their intended use....dyno tuning. And yes I agree with others, looking forward to new bottom end or even new block after it throws a rod through it.
Put it on a mustang dyno and show the comparison between that and the dyno jet. Mustang dynos are supposed to be more accurate and more of a real number
@@jlunks3680 took mu stock cobalt ss on a mustang dyno and put down 282 whp when most cars were dynoing 245 whp on dynojets. Put a bigger turbo, bigger charge pipes. 3 inch exhaust up from the factory 2.5, much bigger intercooler and added meth injection. Also changed the clutch. Upped the boost from 13 psi to 25 and when i redynoed 1 month later i made 274 whp. Mustang dynos are so easy to incorrectly calibrate that they are bullshit. Most people don't know what they are doing so i invest nothing in a number from a mustang dyno

That power on 93 is not substainable. You will window that block unless you switch to E85.
Its got boostane in it they put a whole can in it turns 93 into like 100+ octane.

It has boostane did yall neglect to hear that part? It's basically on 100 octane race fuel a full bottle of boostane turns 93 into 100. That is the purpose in boostane you don't gotta worry about little lower quality fuel itll bump it up to 100+ pretty much regaurdless if you put a whole bottle in. You guys don't listen very well.

That was a really long explanation of horse shit horse power numbers and dynos only to say at the end the horse power numbers and dynos don’t matter we gonna run 9s, use dynos for their intended use....dyno tuning. And yes I agree with others, looking forward to new bottom end or even new block after it throws a rod through it.

@@jlunks3680 took mu stock cobalt ss on a mustang dyno and put down 282 whp when most cars were dynoing 245 whp on dynojets. Put a bigger turbo, bigger charge pipes. 3 inch exhaust up from the factory 2.5, much bigger intercooler and added meth injection. Also changed the clutch. Upped the boost from 13 psi to 25 and when i redynoed 1 month later i made 274 whp. Mustang dynos are so easy to incorrectly calibrate that they are bullshit. Most people don't know what they are doing so i invest nothing in a number from a mustang dyno
