I have been using the Masterbuilt Autoignite Series 545 for a bit now, and I have been very impressed by the results, so I was happy to be offered a chance to check out the Gravity Series 600 Grill / Smoker. I have been using Pellet Smokers for years, so I am very interested in how this will perform. However, before we get to that, we must build! In this video, we complete the task of setup from box to grill. In the next, we will pre-season the grill, and then complete the WiFi setup quick. Then after I have some use, I will be back with my full review.

Big fan of the Gravity Smoker from Masterbilt. I ran a pellet smoker for years and switched over to the gravity series a few years ago. All around great machine that produces some great food. Also check-out LSS MODS for any upgrades!
I am the same, I have had a Pellet Grill for many years, and the Autoignite series was my first smart Charcoal grill. While there are benefits to each, the quality of the meat off the charcoal is better and less dried out. I have not had much time with the Gravity Series 600 yet as I was out of town the last week, so I am still reserving judgement, but I have high expectations!

Nice build. Very glad that side door didn't find your toes. I've built a lot of the 800's and 1050's and have had that door bite me a few times lol.
