Thank you for a very informative video! Im curious about cold bathing, you mentioned it shortly in the 20% bracket, have you tried that before? What did you think of that?
Thanks! 🙏 yes I love to go cold bathing and it is super accessible in Sweden where I live. If I can get a sauna close by that would be the cherry on top. I think cold bathing is often talked about for its physiological benefits but I find the mental differences have been amazing!
Cool video, I liked the transitions when you were lying on the ground 👍🏻 Have a look at the Biophilia Hypothesis, Edward O. Wilson has a book about it called Biophilia which is all about how humans connection to nature has a genetic basis. It’s more interesting than it sounds, promise :)
I think trying this out with an earthing mat from a legit company would be a better way to test this out. It would get rid of so many variables like being outside in nature, sunlight, etc.
Such an interesting and well-made video. I observe my cat running outside and gleefully rolling around in the earth. I live in a warm country and grew up mostly barefoot. I am now almost 65 and still try and go barefoot when I can. I have found it consistently helpful in uplifting my mood and helping with my hip pain. Not so sure of all the miriad of other claims, but there are definitely benefits.
Did you notice a change in energy levels? I am always so nervous to go bare foot as i have been in a few crashes from motor racing and broken them in a few places in a nasty 120mph off. I say this so you can imagine how busted up they are and i am very self conscious about them. I have been looking into it and it seems there are different types of responders, like say a medication some people get much better results compared to the other individual who seems some to none. I best just crack on as the nice weather here in the UK won't last forever!
I think I did but I think it was more to do with my reduced stress levels and a balanced nervous system. It is very difficult to attribute increased energy with grounding unfortunately. Medicine will always have a quieter and more noticeable effect so you should make your own decision based one that. Hope you’re doing well!
I agree it sounds dumb, that's why I wanted to try it! 😂 but I think the main factor to consider is exposure. It isn't like as soon as you touch your bare skin on the earth, all free radicals will be neutralised, it is a certain amount of exposure that is needed that we wouldn't get in normal every day life. I think the mechanism of action was intriguing which made me want to look into it
“When in doubt test it out” is such a good refrain to keep in mind! Our bodies are all so unique
Exactly, thanks for the feedback I’m so glad that resonated with you!
Just found your channel! Extremely enjoy your videos, thank you!
Damn I was not expecting a video with 600 views to be this incredibly well made. Keep it up!
Thanks I really appreciate the support! 🙏

Oh great call! I actually have the book and have been wanting to get around to reading it! Thanks for the suggestion I love it!

What if you tried grounding with one of the pads they have instead and take the nature out of it. See if you notice a difference then
That is definitely the best way to test it, remove as many variables as I can 👍 thanks for the suggestion

Nice video thanks 😊😊😊😊
So you never touch anything with any other part of your body? Keep your hands in your pockets? Sounds like a load of old b....
