Thar is designed without purpose considering Indian youth show off requirements. Have you seen advertisements of Mahindra thar ' mere sapno ki rani kab aayegi tu " . Mahindra knows there customers well.
This car should have been a limited launch in hill-states only and then Suzuki should have maarketed it as a pure mountain vehicle. That would have helped them upgarde Alto and S-Presso customer from the 10 states in Himalayas and NE. Plus people would have valued it more. Thar ki market strategy le doobi.
Hey @evoindia guys I couldn’t find the water crossing video in this series. I wonder it might be deleted or something… if it is there on your channel pls share the link to the comment.. It will be a great help. Thanks in advance 😊

Hello Evo…good review. Im about to buy this car however I ´m not sure if go for manual or auto…what do you advise? How do you like your MT on your Jimny?
While getting down the slope, it’s all about the braking. You don’t need power in all four wheels so 4x4 isn’t necessary but keeping it engaged makes it safer. No landscape is always a single direction elevation change. At times, you may need to accelerate and that’s when 4WD can help you over RWD/2WD. Hope that helps
You don’t always have the best equipment but something is better than nothing. The idea is to put the message across that a first aid kit is needed. You can pick and choose the things your kit has.
Jimmy is a fantastic vehicle no doubt. Maruti made a very big mistake by horribly overpricing it and achieved almost no sales and made it invisible on road (we rarely see anyone driving Jimny ). The very ideal price for JIMNY is Rs 5.99 Lakhs ex-showroom for the base variant.
@@Matkabhaikhed IT is only worth under 6 lakhs ; Jimny ! Improper decisions and improper pricing lead to zero sales of Jimny. Still you guys are arguing.
@@surajpatil6924 Bolero 4 by 4 thi with very basic interior are no diff lockers and very uncomfortable basic suspension woh bhi 11 lakh mein aati thi. Jimny is has far better suspensions plus BLD. Basic ex-showroom price around 10-10.5 is perfect. They got the pricing wrong by 2 - 2 5 lakhs. 10 year old 4 by 4 gypsys also cost more than 6 lakhs
@@surajpatil6924 5.99 lakhs ex-showroom for the Jimny makes absolutely no sense. How can it be cheaper than cars like the Swift and Grand i10 when it has a bigger engine and a lot more hardware? And this is without taking into account the much higher GST on the Jimny than 1.2 litre hatchbacks. By your calculations, you would ask for the Thar turbo petrol 4WD model to be cheaper than the Brezza and Venue. Or perhaps you think the Thar should start at 7 lakhs ex-showroom. Maruti should have priced the Jimny to start at 10 lakh for the current Zeta model and added a barebones Sigma variant at 8.5 lakhs or so, though 8.5 is also too optimistic considering the amount of GST the Jimny attracts.

Stunning video. Also quite useful. Really enjoyed this one from the comfort of my living room. Good effort guys 👌🏻
Hard to focus on the tutorial when watching a movie like this :). have to rewatch
Hahah! Thanks for the compliment!
Honestly as a person from the hills(NE)....i feel jimny is much suited for hills than the thar....mainly because of its narrow width......
Sir please make more videos on off-roading tutorial for both thar and Jimny ❤
We do have more tutorials coming up! Do stay tuned!

I have seen the Jimny in sizeable numbers only in Gangtok and nearby areas.
Do something to increase sales. All Jimny owners should do it

unlinearaccelerator

Great initiative! Looking forward to driving Jimny in Snow and Ice.
We hope it was all you wanted. We would love to hear your experiences from your drive.

Are those Stock H/T Tyres or A/T Tyres?
Super 👍 he
Thank you! Cheers!
Curious...what was the support car
Suprisingly, the Brezza!
Please make a very detailed analysis on the story of Brezza. It has won the hearts of a million and more@@evoIndia
@@surajpatil6924yeah still breeza is a good car. You can see on Tushar Kaushik ch.
Jimny maye bee good for moderate off-roading, but the built quality andw looks is very funny...looks likee toue..
Jimny is good for very hardcore offroading. Its not made for road presence
Thanks…
We're glad to hear you liked it! Please do consider giving it a like if you haven't yet, and share it with your friends too!
Do we need to engage 4x4 to utilise hill descent control?
Yes.
If you are in a place where you need 4x4, you should engage it.

So much negotiations😅
Haha!
Too much NEGOTIATING.... Amazing video nevertheless.
what about Fuel, didnt see a petrol can in your boot
Would help to have a jerry can with you if you prefer.
Ladakh is fortunately well connected by fuel stations now. Our route didn’t require a fuel canister. It depends on the amount of driving.

Its never safe to travel in just one vehicle....take at least two vehickes
Negotiate
i ll buy jimny if it comes at 9 lacs base model
Anand sir, please give in-person lessons? 😅
Haha! You only get in-person lessons 😂
