Great topic, such thought provoking questions! At the beginning of the video you speak about a healthy mentality towards relationships, that being a desire, want, willingness, and not a need. What I was wondering is, if a need can lead to unhealthy circumstances then what comes before desire? Or rather, what leads us to desire? Not only in terms of relationships, but life in general? You're the best! Remember that 💯❤️18-25 should be your prime years to enjoy yourself and achieving goals. Only be in a relationship if you are ready not because other people are in one. Just because a couple maybe happy together outside but from closed doors you never know. Be patient, don't rush

One of the best takeaways I got from my BetterHelp sessions was the difference between having an inner critic and an inner coach.
Through life's challenges, the people in our lives, and environments we've been in, we develop an inner critic. It's important to recognize those thoughts (that result in feelings) and take the time to recognize some of those thoughts coming from your inner critic and challenge them with an inner coach mentality.
Going off of what Masha says at the end, it would be much like talking to that person you love. "I feel like a failure, because of 'x' " and the inner coach would say, "I understand why you feel that way, but I truly believe in you because of 'y' " etc etc, whatever comes from the love and faith you have for that person, and for yourself.
Not sure I explained that all too well, but either way, think about the difference between an "inner critic" and "inner coach", and what that means to you, and then practice your inner coaching!

I’m 27 and have been truly in love twice in my life, and been heartbroken twice in my life- One led to one of the attempts I took on my own life. I can certainly say, after taking 4-5 years to really work on myself & learn to like who I am, it has made it x1000 times easier to navigate the social world. Instead of being dejected because someone I find interest in doesn’t reciprocate it, instead it is almost relieving; Because, pursuing someone who is not interested in who you are as a person, will never lead to something good. It’s also way easier to meet friends when you like yourself.
