As a amateur philosopher, I will ask you this question, do emotions guide thoughts and actions, or do thoughts guide emotions and actions, or do actions guide emotions and thoughts? What is the root of 'who am i?'? Mental health/emotional health is a labyrinth. Answers wont be easy to come by, so be hesitant to latch onto answers that come together to quickly and to simply. Life is simple but not quick.

Hi Masha. Just wanted to say that you are amazing and how much I appreciate your videos.
"A lot of people, I hate to say it, they suck." Right on time for the 10:00 mark .... it took us 10 minutes to get there, which definitely feels right context-wise for the path the average person has to take before their optimism on humanity reaches its limitations. Being social animals has probably helped us less and less as we've evolved. I love people, but I'm not a people person. Relationships are either the worst idea with the most appeal, or vice versa.
Anyhow, I hope everyone is getting through the January weather okay. 😊

However, this was such an interesting lecture (yes, you're a teacher). You made me think about this in different ways than I have explored earlier.
You probably know this, but you are extremely intelligent. Very helpful for understanding the dynamics around relationship with friends, family or romantic partners.
Your voice is so soothing and hypnotic. I can't explain it. It's like your voice melts in the air.
Lastly, I'm not sure if you are aware of it, but there is energy healing happening when you speak.

Whenever I've put a 5 year plan together... in the end it's way better and far deeper than I ever could have imagined. Fulfillment wise I mean. Everything else is just a bonus!
The future is too ambiguous to plan for... but it's good to have tenitive plans and to deal with the pitfalls or "short comings" along the way as they come.

imo nobody deserves anything, nothing good, nothing bad. I have given up all ambitions to rise at my work place, to find a wife and to have children. I chose to live a simple life with myself alone.
