What else would you like to see? Should I take a look at Honkai Impact or maybe some Honkai: Star Rail stuff soon?
Honkai star rail has been my favorite mihoyo game so far but there isn't much story to get from the trailers and stuff compared to genshin so you'd prob have to look into something else if you cover the game.
Would like to see your reaction too Honkai Impact Animated Shorts. Lots of stuff for you to breakdown. But thr most i'd looove to see is your reaction to Genshin Impact Story Teasers.
To this day, I can say that Candace presentation in the version trailer is the best 4★ presentation we've had so far. I get goosebumps every time I see it and when she says "A shield is not enough to protect the most important things... *Dramatic silence* That's why I also wear a spear" If that's not style, I don't know what it is
Klee's mom Alice isn't quite as absent as it might seem. In fact, Klee wasn't part of the second summer event because the two of them were doing their own thing. The entire Sumeru arc was absolutely wild. It was packed full of things like Dendro, card game, LORE, and emotional damage. And these trailers don't even touch on quite a few things. I think I wasn't alone in eagerly looking forward to these reactions and analysis/speculation. Here's your "queen" and hope you have a wonderful day.
@@TheRoschi man, don't watch the official teasers playlist - they've stuffed main quests ending scenes in there, you're ruining the story for yourself. For example, where Nahida was crying - you will see the full scene and how it ends.
Side note: All the Fatui Harbingers have a code name from the commedia dell'arte (italian play archetypes). Scaramouche is one of the stock characters. Il Dottore is another of the stock characters. La Signora (from the version 2 trailers) is also a stock character. :)
@@TheRoschi Heads up lazzo is sort of a spoiler but not a obvious one to new players if you plan to watch it tho its obvious to longer term players jsjsj. But one i do recommend is the teyvat chapter storyline trailer which they released around games release showing off and giving hints about each region we will visit.
@@RenaknightI mean he does know who she is so that would spoil a lot tho he said that he dosent care about spoilers regarding Genshin when he started (dont know if enything has chained)
The Secret Summer Paradise is still ongoing for about two weeks and a half from now, Klee's birthday is in Summer, so it's just probably her mom giving her events as a gift for her birthday present, she's quite a queen being able to just gift a meta gift like that...
So far, the summer festivals are usually light and time limited, and appear at the end of version. But, they usually include small snippets or segway to the new region. Since these are limited events, is not really a game spoiler anymore but basically: In Version 1 there were ton of Inazuma lore scattered in the island map. In Version 2, Nahida spoke telepathically to us at the end but we didnt who she was then In Version 3, the fun fair was run and managed by people from Fontaine.
32:27 The balladeer boss is called "shouki no kami: everlasting lord of archane wisdom" Shouki no kami means the god who can be redeemed or the god that is to be saved Also you where on point with doctor creating the god for the sages As a lore player Am impressed
@@TheRoschi the card game was added in 3.3 but got a big overhaul in 3.7 along with the tournament. It's been one of my most enjoyable side quest activities this year, I don't often play against other people though, mostly just battle NPC's.
Yeah, the card game was in 3.3 and it was in the trailer, but like at the very end of the trailer. Really weird how a new permanent addition to the game is just quietly tacked on at the end of the trailer.
I'm sure you've had hundreds of recommendations for this so far, but if you're interested in a little glimpse of the Fatui Harbingers, you should check out the trailer called A Winter Night's Lazzo, it came out right before Sumeru (similar to how the Overture Teaser came out right before Fontaine's upcoming debut.) You're absolutely correct that the trailers will put things out of order or seemingly connect things that aren't really connected. They obviously also leave out plenty, which would make it pretty hard for someone who is only watching the trailers to completely put together what is going on. You probably noticed that Nahida doesn't feature very heavily in these trailers, despite her being the Archon of the region and possibly the most important character. This allows a lot of the mystery to be revealed in the game itself. That being said, it's amazing how much you do get right with how little info you are given. 3.5 is the last patch that had "mandatory" content, meaning story you have to experience to be able to continue. The other two types of content would be optional permanent content (like character story quests, a lot of them you technically don't ever have to do, though I would highly recommend not skipping them). Unfortunately, there is also content that you can permanently miss out on, like events. 3.7 and 3.8 consist almost completely of that type of content. It's one of my complaints with Genshin. I didn't play from the beginning, and there is a lot of story that I can only experience via watching a UA-cam video. Last thing, I've skimmed your comments on other videos, some people want you to watch the Genshin UA-cam playlist called "Story Teaser" and others insist that you shouldn't do to heavy spoilers. The playlist is actually a compilation of in game cutscenes which obviously are spoilers. It's a mix of scenes from the previously mentioned temporary content, and scenes from the main storyline. I personally feel like watching the version trailers could be considered spoilers (like seeing Wanderer as a villain in 3.2 and suddenly he's a playable character in 3.3. It doesn't take a genius to infer what might have happened there.) So I think it would be great if you checked those out, and I respect that you're an adult who can decide for yourself whether you want to do that or not. Sorry for the long comment.
Thanks for the comment! No need to apologize. I'll be reacting to the story teasers, including 'A Winter Night's Lazzo' on this channel. I'm not concerned about spoilers regarding Genshin since many of the comments have been doing that for quite some time and yeah, it's difficult for me to retain all that info anyway. There were quite a few things in these Version Trailers too. Still, there's a lot still out of context for me so I look forward to discovering more when I finally do get around to playing the game. Theory crafting has been fun and I'm excited to compare my ideas to what is actually in game. :)
@@TheRoschi I forgot Winter Night's Lazzo was a part of that playlist. I guess that means the playlist is a weird mix of cutscenes from temporary content, main story content, and stuff that was only ever released as a video outside the game (Winter Night's Lazzo and Overture Teaser aren't in game at all.) They're all amazing, though. I look forward to you checking them all out, this has been great fun to watch!
I'm impressed you were gleam that dottore was a harbinger just based on vibes and design alone! A little fun fact about him and the harbinger rankings, there are 11 total seats for the harbingers, number 1 being the strongest and number 11 being well... the least strongest. childe is 11, signora is 8 and scaramouche was 6. and dottore... he's number 2. and harbingers 1-3 have the power that matches that of gods, so yeah dottore's definitely not a guy to be messed with. also the "jester" he mentioned is their leader, he also goes by the name pierro. also, its not confirmed, but its likely that because he's the leader and the "first fatuus" he doesn't have a rank, he's like number 0. also I find it ironic that the leader of the fatui, the fools, is named the jester/pierro. a fun fact about wanderer! he hates sweet things, and in his voicelines he says that he's "no fan of dango" so yeah i don't think he'll be doing the fandango any time soon lmao (oh and I'm sure other comments have mentioned but yeah his story quest in the 3.3 trailer is permanent! and it's one of my favourites) oh and I'm gonna nerd out a bit about genshin lore^^ the quest mentioning dragons was actually pretty big in terms of lore. the very beginning of teyvat (genshin's world) was originally populated by dragons and ruled by seven dragon sovereigns. until one day a being known as the "primordial one" came along, started a war with them, won and established the human realm. and the dragons were banished to the depths, resenting the gods that now rule teyvat. the voice you hear in that trailer (the one that mentioned something about nahida (and the archons) only calling themselves gods because they lean on the heaven's glow) comes from the dendro dragon, named apep, who could very well be one of the original seven sovereigns. and that's why you hear that other voice talking about being around before the existence of time... this quest was massive for lore enjoyers because this was the first time dragons being the originally rulers was talked about in a main quest. before the only mentions we have of it are from in game books and pieces of text. a lot of genshin's lore is like this actually, scattered across bits of text, which is why I like to think picking apart teyvat's history as a sort of archaeological game. sorry if this ramble's a bit long lol, I'm just way too invested in genshin lore. anyways this video was worth the wait! as always I enjoy your reactions :> also... you're definitely on the right track with the hillichurls originally being human thing ;) oh also I wanna mention wanderer's many names! so kabukimono is the name that was given to him after he was found by a group of swordsmiths. ei didn't give him a name so "kabukimono" just kinda stuck. scaramouche/the balladeer is his name/title that was given to him after becoming a fatui harbinger. and kunikuzushi was a name he chose for himself at around the time he joined the fatui. after leaving the fatui he didn't want to continue using a name connected to them, so he became just the wanderer. and fun fact! after going through his quest you actually get to pick a new name for him yourself! and that name will show up in ui and stuff, just like how you can name the traveller whatever you want. (also if you name him the same name as your traveller he'll comment on it and he actually doesn't mind sharing the same name as you lol)
I don't think I'll be able to retain all the information you dropped as of yet but thank you for sharing it anyway! I like seeing people passionate about something. I'm certainly excited to experience it for myself one of these days. Thank you for watching my videos, I appreciate it. I'll keep doing my best to make them enjoyable. :D
1st summer event takes us to Alice's(Klee's mother) own island archipelago. 2nd summer Alice gives out an island to Fischl. and the current one is also probably owned by Alice and is managed by her Friend. Klee's mom does come visit her precious daughter though she manages to remain unseen by us.
Fun fact: Wanderer's mecha when he was Scaramouche is likely a reference to the anime Neon Genesis Evangelion Some of Scaramouche's arc is similar to Eva in strange ways
Eremites are mercenaries from the desert, so not all desert dwellers are eremites, but all eremites are desert dwellers. There are different factions within eremites, some are more friendly to the Traveler than others. Some of them are mobs that are scattered across the desert and whom you fight for certain materials. And some of them are NPCs in various quests. Editing to add queen here
23:47 Razor indeed gives off a Princess Mononoke vibes. He's a 4 star electro claymore user and he's been raised by wolves (in the forests of Mondstadt) as a child and still continues to live there to this day. Occasionally, he joins Bennett, Klee and Fischl on their adventures! He is one of the starter characters in the game who unfortunately didn't get a character spotlight (like Lisa, Amber, Sucrose, Bennett, etc..) but he's been there since release! That little get-to-know event that was featured uncovers a little bit of his past and we also get to experience Mondstadt's "Weinlesefest" which is German for Wine Harvest Festival! (
Ngl i must confess, that i too just watch the Genshin Videos from people who react to certain things and i usually never subscribe. Its just some nice chatting and thinking and genuinely just watching them having fun with trailers, stories etc. Tho you are really one of the few channels i did subscribe to, because of the high level of analysis and investment. In the meantime i watched some older content for example the Warhammer Astartes Series, which i also really enjoyed you watching it. So, if there will be no Genshin content from time to time i´ll definetly stick around! The girl that gets stabbed at the 3.1 Trailer is Katheryne. Usually its one of the first NPC´s you´ll meet in game. Usually responsible as main quest hub and the daily quest/exploration reward. We get to know alot more about her in sumeru and what Katheryne really is. Next to that, i was blown away that you hit the nail on the head with that Theory that hillichurles just might be humans, which is absolutely 100% correct, just the question: "Where do they come from?" :P. The person you see in the 3.5 trailer (54:17) is called Dainsleif. You´ll have a story quest with him in every major Version update sooner or later which lasts for about ~2 hours i would guess. He tries and helps you to get to your sibling while he tells you about the past (where he comes from, what are his goals, about the abyss Order, and who he is or seems to be. You get ton of informations during his quest. Probably one of the more cryptic characters you find in the Genshin universe actually. I don´t want to spoil to much tho, but just alot of things he interacts with in teyvat: Where he actually comes from, why he looks like that, he seems like with no vision, critical voice lines about the archons and he´s warily about albedo and his skills in Alchemy, which evokes bad memories in Dainsleif about past actions he has witnessed. Not from Albedo, but from the kind of Alchemy Albedo uses. As he narrates nearly every Collected Miscellany Video, he seems to be quiet around for some time... Thanks for the Video! Queen! :D
These trailers show so much, but they are so good at putting the spoilers out of context to not reveal everything. Previous versions were great but I feel once Sumeru was launched the version trailers went full speed hype. (The music really helps)
Whats interesting about Tighnari's design is that on 2d art it really doesn look good. Like, when I first saw his promo art my first reaction was "what kind of colorful vomit is that?". Everything was so messed up, and blending with each other, you had to actually look for certain parts like "ok, here is his torso, those are ears, and there are legs and tail". But then I took a good look at his ingame model (while doing his trial run and observing him in action) and surprisingly the same design in game looks good, I really liked it. It looks much more cleaner than on art and because of 3d aspect the amount of small details he has on him aitomatically separate depending on angle in which you look at him, so you are not overwhelmed by them Also, I really like how you analyze everything, instead of just whatching through with simple "I liked it" or "it was cool". Its interesting to see how you piece different things together and, also, how developres did a good job on trailers if even an outsider who practicaly knows nothing about lore still able to guess some things. Like your guess that hilichurls were people or are cursed people? That may be just a random guess based on gloomy aura that was around hilichurl on one shot, but that is in the end a right guess based on that small hint that developres left here. For those who play game for a long time this info is far from knew, but I think it was a first time, where any kind of trailer showed hilichurls not like some kind of random monsters (like slimes, goblins, skeletons and whatever lowlevel classic mobs you get in rpg's), but that there is something more to them.
Interesting POV of Tighnari's design. When I play I'll take note of that. Yeah, I'm a big fan of symbolism and I felt like there was a lot of it there. Even if it wasn't intentional it just seemed to fit together. The mirror, mirrors show reflections, but because it's cracked meant something was wrong. The hilichurls face is a mask, masks are meant to hide true identities. They had that voice line over it. The dark aura, looks like some cursed dark stuff. Showing the hilichurl to the fighter transition, some parallels there. It was just put together so well that it helped me have some idea of what could possibly be going on. I'm a big fan of that move as well. I like that hilichurls aren't just some dumb mob, that there is more to them. Quite mysterious. :)
Speaking of Baizhu, I waited and saved for him ever since I first saw him, so about 2 years. A lot of Baizhu fans did the same haha, we're like a little cult. We are a small number but mighty.
As far as Nahida seeing and hearing and even knowing everything, I think her access is more along the lines of being able to "google" information whenever she needs to. Instead of being overwhelmed with constant knowledge, she can just search the knowledge if she ever needs to or knows where to look. So she may not necessarily know everything, not at all times.
Man, with this version you got everything almost if not all correct. And story wise this is my favorite too! Btw as for the Twins story line you can start with Story teasers: Travail, We will be reunited, and the Enkanomiya story quests or Dainsleif quest. There you can find hints and create notion about the Twins story.
I just found you but watched all your Genshin videos in one sitting. Have to say, a big fan. As someone who's been playing Genshin since the game started, I enjoy watching people reacting to it, especially when they are actually paying attention and trying to guess the story. You're definitely one of my favourite new reactors, keep it up please
@@Jev_the_fluorescent_shrimp Can you stop stalking me? Literally every genshin video you reply to my comments. This has been going on for like a year, and it's always to hate on Nahida or other Genshin characters. You are so weird.
@@myne5689 For real, I see this guy everywhere. Always hating on Nahida and other characters. Just a really toxic person. I guess he has gotten lazy since he only said "no" now lol.
I honestly love how hoyo just went full on Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody" references for Wanderer/Scaramouche/The Balladeer/Kabukimono. Like, even the lyrics of the song make sense! We first met him as "Scaramouche" in one of the first limited time events "Unreconciled Stars"! We hear him talk about how the "Sky is fake, and so are the stars" which we can tie back to the song: "Is this the real life? Is this just fantasy?" "Open your eyes, look up to the sky and see" Also "I'm just a poor boy, I need to sympathy" and the "Anyway the wind blows"... We can see even more references if we go to the verse of "Scaramouche" "I see a little silhouetto of a man... Scaramouche, Scaramouche will you do the Fandango! Thunderbolts and lightning, very, very frightening me" Raiden, and their relationship. "Beelzebub has a devil put aside for me" The archons have what we call "Demon-God" names. Raiden/Ei's is "Beelzebul"...
37:40 it’s actually an interlude chapter like the 2.7 trailer in the Chasm, it’s permanent, still in-game. The thing that wasn’t permanent is the beginning with the "creepy lady" since it was an event. It’s the closure of the Sumeru chapter, until the next nation, the next trailer should be out next week (the livestream is supposed to be next week if i’m not mistaken)
I like Tighnari's design ^^ I like the vibes of colors he has in his clothes Wanderer's story is PERMANENT in game, the ghost story in Inazuma was indeed an event only thing Card game is a permanent mode and it was introduced in patch 3.3, but in 3.7 was a big card event with some story behind creating this game (in the world of Genshin I mean). In cards you can duel with NPCs, playable chars and in coop too but you won't get any rewards for coop, it's just for fun. I like TCG in Genshin very much! It became my the most beloved mode at least for now. But many people find it boring for some reason, but those who play TCG can be very creative and smart in making strong decks :D Hoyoverse loves to tease stuff from the next region in the summer events so it's totally okay to think that "the stage" in 3.8 event is somehow preparing us for Fontaine. Also Klee has some time with her mother, well, at least she had some vacations with her mom in 2.8 (we didn't see her mom, but we were told that she took Klee and went to hang out somewhere) Please, react to all the official Genshin videos in anime style! In fact, the Wanderer was really used. Either Dottore, or sages, in general, everyone and sundry. And it is worth noting that before patch 3.3, where the story of the Wanderer was explained to us, he seemed to us precisely as a villain, he did a lot of evil. But it is worth noting that it may have been difficult for you to immediately perceive him as a "villain", since you have already known that he is playable and a rather good character. Fatui really have some similarities as they have a common theme of the Commedia dell'Arte, which includes their masks. The doctor (Dottore) is still one of the few characters who is really negative. That is, only his evil deeds - experiments were revealed to us. Still highly recommend to watch Winter Night Lazzo to get acquainted with the harbingers of fatui, it was released just before Sumeru, and there we first saw the current Doctor, in particular (except for the manhua). The game and lore still hide many, many secrets, I would say that with each plot there are more questions than answers. Events are often very important to the plot: they can reveal characters and so on. Therefore, I think many newcomers are sad to learn about some cool missed event. By the way, we met Scaramouche for the first time also in the event, back in the very first patches. Alhaitham = genius of thought for me. Well, firstly, he is really very smart, and secondly, he gave out some phrases that are just right away iconic. Like "if you ask my opinion, I would rather go home" or "-what do you think, Alhaitham, who will win the competition? -I think that the one who finds *some kind of reactor, I don't remember* will win" that is, he literally answered "wins who wins". Or how he teased Paimon like "your answers are not very smart, so I give you time to think about them" The 3rd Lantern Festival, by the way, was distinguished by the interaction of the characters, because 2 archons (Venti and Zhongli) met there, who were encrypted that they did not know each other, it was hilarious Well, I already wrote somehow about Dainsleif (that blonde from 3.5). He appears exactly once a year, there were only three stories with him, but my God, WHAT the stories were, always about the most secret. It is interesting to note, by the way, that it is his VA who voices all the explanations in the videos about the characters. You have not watched them, but for all the characters there are also videos that simply explain their game mechanics( so for 5 star character we have 3 videos) And how I trudge with this voice in the beginning of 3.5, which says: OH DEAR CREATURE .... Straight to goosebumps every time Thank you very much! I really like watching your reactions
I woke up, saw this notification and rushed here! I am really enjoying your analysis on Genshin Impact. Some of your theories are amusing & some are spot on. I'm enjoying seeing and listening to how you view the game, the characters, and the lore surrounding everything. I truly can't wait for you to play this game and get to experience these stories and the emotions that come with them.
Please watch Genshin: Travail(it was released before the game was released) Winter Night Lazzo(This was released right before sumeru and you wont see it ingame) The Final Feast(This was released a couple of weeks ago to hype us up for the new regions thats coming out)*I just seen you already did this one*
she’s not just that really there’s so much suspect about her identity and especially affiliations with organizations such as the witches of mondstadt or fatui of schneznaya
Man ngl... as many of us said before, although you dont know some ingame lore stuff, which is totally right and fine, you will manage to analyze and do make very good theories regarding the plot. Great video as always. Loved your reactions and thoughts
I said in your previous version trailer video that you'll have some more crazy reactions on this one, and you did. Crazy accurate that is. Not 100% accurate but it's impressive how close you got to figuring them out. Also you said you don't mind spoilers since ppl already handed them to you, so I'm excited to see your reaction to the story teasers. I wanna see what you could piece together after all that you've learned from the demos, character teasers, version trailers, and story teasers. Also side note: Nilou and Ayaka are my Queens of dancing gracefully wet. Because they both each danced on water gorgeously.
Normally I would care about spoilers but with Genshin it doesn't bother me as much. The fanbase is so passionate, that people will hint and reveal things even if they never meant to. Also watching any of the videos will always give a little something away, at least to me since I analyze everything all up in my head, even when I'm not recording. I'd rather talk to the community though than to be strict and hide from it. There's also no guarantee that I'll remember half the stuff I see/read since I retain info better by doing and experiencing something for myself. I'm excited to see the story teasers and finding out what I'm able to piece together too. A lot will still be out of context, but I accept the challenge. :)
As someone who makes TCG content, I can confidently say that the TCG community is thriving, and you can play both PvE and PvP. There are even Special "Heated Battle Events" that add random rules to a game mode for the TCG. There's no "ranked" mode or anything like that, but I do know that some communities make their own TCG ranked mode, and many others do frequent tournaments, so if you like the TCG, then there's a lot to look forward to with it. Sadly, it is not a standalone thing, so you do have to progress to certain points in the story before you can unlock it and some cards.
Another great reaction video! Love how you really take your time to analyse the trailers and come up with your own ideas and theories! It's fascinating how much you got correct just by watching the trailers! Also 3.0-3.2 are by far my favorite trailers. Especially 3.0! They hit right in the feels. I remember watching the 3.0 trailer during the livestream back then. I was soo hyped. 😆
Thanks for being a real one! I refuse to be anything else other than myself, so I think I'll have to continue doing this stuff my way for quite some time. :)
You still have to see and react 3 trailers, before playing the game, these are , “Outlander” Story Trailer: We Will Reunited , Teyvat Chapter Storyline Preview Travail and Teyvat Chapter Interlude Teaser A Winter Night's Lazzo( spoiler about La Signora).
you should really watch the teyvat travail trailer! It gives you a preview of all the nations that will be available and also lets you see a bit of what the full story will be. is very good.
Yes!! A fellow Nilou enjoyer, I adore her character design and what she stands for, but people rarely give her the attention she deserves. So I’m happy you like her too
Everything is the main story except for the following: -the spooky forest event (Inazuma's test of courage), -the lantern rite festival (this is Liyue's yearly event with a continuous storyline), -windbloom (Mondstadt's yearly/bi-yearly event), -the TCG event (TCG w/out the event can still be played in-game as of adventure rank 35 & you play a mix of NPCs, Playable Characters & Other Players) and -the Klee summer event (There's still a few weeks left! And with the "quick start" button you can immediately jump-in after completing some tutorial things in-game!)
The summer events are always so chill and relaxing. I wish they lasted all year. They also happen before a new region launches, so there’s usually a little tie in or breadcrumbs for the new region.
Thank you for your reaction. It is a nice conclusion to the version trailers marathon. I was excited to see your reaction and hear your thoughts on each video. Funny how you were "resisting to speculate", but even so I can say that some of your guesses were spot on, or at least very close. Excited for your next reactions. As a suggestion I might add after watching the collected miscellany, you might also react to Boss Theme OSTs. Also why "Queen"? hehe
Man, I gotta say, you really blew my mind with how on point you were with some of your theories. Connecting dots really seems to be your thing, huh? I'd be thrilled to watch you play the game in the future 👍 Regarding Wanderer's story: Don't worry, this is indeed still in the game. Not only is it pretty impactful to the overall story, all character stories are and will be playable in the future. Regarding the oasis at 50:13: This is part of a world quest (side quest) which will always be available. As far as story telling goes, this is on par with some of the best moments of the main story. Sadly it's not voiced... Regarding Klee's mom: She is one of the characters shrouded in mystery. She has never appeared on screen before, yet she is known as a world famous adventurer and an extremely powerful sorceress. There is a bit more I could tell you about her, but that would spoil too much, I'm afraid. ^^ Regarding "Queen": ...It's an awesome Band 🤷♂
In not the trees, then it's the moon, if not the moon, then it's color theory, if not color theory then it's the little things, etc. Always something. XD
Yay another reaction video! Yass Queen slay! I'm saying things I normally would not say! :) Here I go to give you some more non spoilery context: 1. The main storyline for Sumeru is separated into 5 acts. 3.0 released acts 1 and 2, 3.1 released acts 3 and 4, and 3.2 released act 5. 2. You'll meet Tighnari in the main storyline, and you'll get a sense of his personality and character. Side note, his original english voice actor was fired for being a pervert with fans (and other unsavory things he did), and is replaced. The new voice lines already have been implemented for Sumeru archon quests and his story quest. I guess they haven't change the voice for trailers. 3. There are two names you should keep in mind while in Sumeru. Greater Lord Rukkhadevata and Lesser Lord Kusanali. Nahida is also known as Lesser Lord Kusanali. The Greater and Lesser parts of their names do not signify status or power, it's just their names being translated this way. 4. 3.0 released only the rainforest portion of Sumeru, and 3.1 released the first portion of the desert parts of Sumeru. 5. The latter part of 3.1 trailer featured an event story in Mondstadt that focused on the theme of family. There were lore regarding Razor's background, as well as lore between Diluc and Kaeya's background. 6. 3.2 boss fight with Scaramouche is indeed main campaign. Great epic scenes happens in act 5 of the archon quest! 7. 34:41 LMAO 8. 3.3 featured an interlude archon quest that delves into the Wanderer's backstory. Also, Genshin released their own trading card game in this version, and it's a permanent playmode. 9. 3.4 Lantern Rite is always a fun time (equivalent to Chinese New Year IRL). And another desert expansion in this version! I got Alhaitham, and he's a beast in combat. 10. 3.5 Ah yes another mysterious quest with Dainsleif. This quest left us with many, many more unanswered questions. I'm liking your deductions that you made regarding hilichurls. 11. 3.6 released Nahida's story quest act 2, incredible lore revealed in this quest! The event story in this version takes place in Sumeru, and it did highlight Kaveh's personality quite well imo. Version 3.6 also had yet another desert expansion. 12. 3.7 was mostly the trading card game event story! We also meet Charlotte for the very first time, a character from Fontaine! And as you've guessed, this version released Yoimiya's story quest act 2. Act 1 of her quest was part of the Inazuma quest line. She's also the very first non-archon character to get an act 2! If you liked her personality, you'll love this story quest. Imo her story quest is in my top 3 story quests I've played, it was very wholesome and magical. Regarding TCG, you can play vs NPCs and your IRL friends! 13. We're currently here at 3.8! No big lore drops in the summer event, but it's a nice casual place to explore this limited time region. All summer events had Klee (v1.6, v2.8, and now v3.8). And Klee is very wholesome. She's still very young and retains a lot of innocence. No need to look too deep into it - but her mother Alice is another story. I'd say she's one of the more powerful individuals in Teyvat! FONTAINE IN 2.5 WEEKS! WOOOOO! The trailer/version 4.0 stream should drop in about a week or so?
I swear to GOD, EVERY SINGLE TIME I watch the 3.4 trailer and start CRYING! It's just because after experiencing my first lantern rite (the second one), I was just itching to experience another and when that trailer finally dropped, I was so fucking happy. And seeing Hu Tao finally be a part of it was just... wonderful.
If you're good with a little bit of spoilers, which seems to be the case since you watched every character demos, character teasers, and version trailers. You should watch the other interlude about the fatui harbingers. Also strange how you haven't reactes to the Teyvat Chapter Trailer
I wouldn't say it's 'strange'. There was higher demand for most other things first. I'll get to it before I play. I plan on reacting to as much as I can, no worries. 😁
I always look forward to your analysis and reactions to these things. Speaking of the dragons, they are an ancient race from the Old World before Tevyat was created. So when they spoke of 'Dragon King', it can be implied they are talking about one of the Seven Sovereigns which are Dragons. I think once you'll learn about the history of Tevyat, you'd be incredibly mindblown. The amount of detail Hoyo puts into the lore is amazing~ Honestly, as someone who mainly plays the game for lore, I'm so so impressed by how much you got right just from these videos. The next special programme next week; August 4th. So we'll be getting the 4.0 trailer then.
@@ChainedThoughts I would like to play the game at some point. Right now I'm unable to with my current situation (work + planning a big move). When I get settled, I'll be playing it and uploading episodic videos of my experience. :)
Great video as always! Thank you! Very nice theories and analysys. I know that you will most likely be spoiled sooner or later, but not by me. So I'm not going to comment on any of the plot points. 😉 The girl that got stabbed and looked familiar to you is Katheryne. Since you have played a little, you should've met her. She is with the adventurers guild. Regarding Mika, absolurely agree. Not a fan of the voice either. Unfortunately, the demo came out later, so he got worse, not better. Yeah, Eremites are the desert dwellers. All Fatui harbingers are named after the characters from commedia dell'arte. So they don't really refference the Bohemian Rhapsody. Instead they refference the same source as the song. The card game was introduced before 3.7. It is a perma feature and they continue to add more cards to it. You can play versus both npcs and other players. Generally, everything that looks like a festival is temporary, but other things are not. Many of the later trailers showed either character or story quests that are still in the game. Also, I'm not judging. Eula is our *Queen* 😂 Hope this information helped to clear some things up 😊
Um Scaramouche absolutely references Bohemian Rhapsody. Like his whole backstory basically follows the story of the song, his birthday is the release date of Bohemian Rhapsody, one of his pieces of theme music is called Ominous Fandango, in his character teaser he says "I wish I'd never been born at all", one of his voicelines says he's "not a *fan* of *dango* ."
Seeing you react to all trailers and teasers and demos and seeing you come up with theories was so fun, sometimes you got practically spot on i was so scared sometimes you got so horribly wrong it was funny but either way it was very entertaining and I definitely can't wait to see you finally play the game one day and see your reactions to some scenes seeing your current theories. I personally especially love your realization about trees because yes in fact Genshin has a lot of very important trees and so many stuff happen around trees we could as well call this game Tree Impact but I'm not gonna be spoiling anything Fortunately (or unfortunately) friday/saturday/sunday next week should be livestream for 4.0 so we will get 4.0 trailer and soon after all the new character teasers and demos so you have just a tiny bit of break before new content comes flooding
I sincerely love your reactions. You make some pretty good speculations so don't be afraid to guess. If you do guess something wrong it's going to be even more mindblowing and interesting for you in the future!! All that said, slay "queen".;)
Again fun to see you puzzle out all of the info into what are very on the nose takes that are equally as often off the mark, but well reasoned. Thanks for the upload.
The 3.0 update was such a revolutionary time for genshin! This was the first time, the Dendro element was released giving us more elaborate gameplay reactions to play with. It also finally buffed the electro element to be a lot more viable in the meta, bumping up niche characters like kuki and thoma. The suneru arc brings more darker themes to the surface compared to other regions due to their theme and premise in the travail chapter trailer (it's a sneak peek trailer of the premise of the entire genshin game) who's darker themes are more subliminal or you just rly have to dig for the lore.
Ahhhh so exited , I'm so interested for you to play the game (if you ever will) for the road and the theories . Also there are events with important story (like Albedo) you have to see it if you will play the game 😌✨
Ayo, how much Wanderer lore do you know already? Damn. This is a bit of lore about what the mech is and its symbolism to Scaramouche in game. Okay, so the mech is called Shouki no Kami and it's a little bit more in control than Scaramouche is. The fact that it has a mind of its own is undeniable. You know that this is all a puppeteering experiment, but Scaramouche is not the puppet master. He's nothing but a pawn and Shouki no Kami is nothing but a means to an end. Shouki represents Scaramouche's absolute desperation for a certain material possession (The nature of this possession is a p big spoiler), and the more he wants it and the closer he gets to it, the more Shouki and the Fatui are able to exert their will over him. This is a small tidbit of lore that's easy to miss in the game, but Scaramouche is immobilized inside of Shouki. He's not really in control. When you see those tubes snap in the Wanderer teaser trailer, it's symbolic of him breaking the puppet strings held by Shouki, and by extension the Fatui and Scaramouche's own desires.
this man went from "my daughter is finally free" to "oh no she's getting dunked on" in a matter or mere SECONDS. His hands were up in the air in an iconic "wtf man?" motion ya love to see it also, crazy diamonds?? I'm gonna assume that's not a Dangnanronpa reference
I was ready to throw hands. People keep messing with my cabbage patch kid and I'm sick of it. lol "Shine on you crazy diamonds" has been my send off on UA-cam since 2015 I think. It's a Pink Floyd reference. :D
to be fair the hu tao rap song bad rep is because The English VA oh hu tao dont know how to rap and a lot of people are playing on EN but other like me i play on JP Dub and CN Dub is actually good. thats why i got confuse when people are calling the hutao rap bad because they heard the EN version and i only play on JP so when i heard the EN version i was like Oh WoW thats big difference oh how they rap now i get it.
I'd say it was more of a direction issue on the EN side of things. Even a person who doesn't rap is able to if they're instructed correctly. Seems like the EN studio kinda messed up if the others turned out fine. < . < I'm definitely gonna have to listen to them.
I've scrolled a bit on comments and I'm stunned to see that no one is mentioning Dainsleif (the blonde man at 54:15 ) He has been around since the beggining of the game (in the "Teyvat chapter" video), but didn't appear in game until 1.4, but not being present on the trailer himself (he's like camera shy, that or hoyo wants to keep him as a surprise everytime he appears). Was also on the end of the 2.6 trailer and was the narrator for the beggining of the Chasm introduction He's also the one narrating almost all the Collected Miscellany trailers (except for a few ones that are handled by Alice, like Aloy or Wanderer) He has such a rich lore that only get expanded everytime he appears. [spoiler territory] Dainsleif was the formal captain of the royal guard of a nation that existed until 500 years before the start of the game. Celestia sent the seven archons to destroy it and caused a huge war that ended with a few archons dead and the nation survivors cursed. He was cursed to wander Teyvat with a curse of inmortality, during his travels he met your sibling and travelled together until they parted ways. His sole purpose of existence resides on erradicating the Abyss Order while looking for a way to lift his curse.
12:43 - The Grand Sage was talking about Nilou's theater. The sages think that arts have no place in Sumeru which is a place of knowledge and reason. 40:00 - Wanderer is also not a fan of sweets whereas Ei likes sweets especially Dango. Therefore you could say he isn't a FAN of DANGO.
I'm glad to see you have caught up with the version trailers, in approximately one week from today we will be receiving the trailer for 4.0 with the version special program, the timing was perfect. ps* Queen.
Mika is not a kid btw, he's around 18 based on some info from the game, so that's why he doesn't have a kid's voice. I love the VA himself but I agree that they messed up the voice direction
Mika's first introduction was as an NPC in an event. He is very nervous that's why his voice sounds like that in the version trailer, but during his character demo and the version he was released in, is his actual voice since he isn't nervous. So yeah his voice direction is very questionable as the character voice is worse (or better depending on your outlook) as the final product. You absolutely killed it with your theories this time around! Not exactly correct down to the minute details obviously but they were in the right direction. The TCG game is the endgame of Genshin Impact (this is not a joke). Once you've done every quest, explored everything, the only thing you can do is play PvP in TCG which doesn't even have a leaderboard. (I'm overexaggerating). Here's a heads-up before actually watching the Collected Miscellany videos. The damage in the showcases don't matter and if the character has off-field abilities, they're automatically (mostly) good supports (except Dehya cuz she's broken in a bad way). Some abilities aren't as flashy but are really good practically and some 4 stars (from the launch) don't even have a collected miscellany. Queen (on you Crazy Diamond).
Thanks for the info! Mika - Interesting... In my opinion his demo was far worse. If that's what it is now, that's a shame. Damn. No shade to the VA but that direction is wonky. Theories - WOOO! There's no way I'd be able to get down to minute details without at least doing some kind of research (which I don't) so I'll take it! Haha TCG - I have no problem with this. I'mma play Genshin for the TCG haha jk... Maybe. Collected Miscellany - Good to know! Thank you. (...poor Dehya wtf D: ) Thank for being a real one!
wOOOOOO 18:40 hehe he had a line like "I'm not a fan of dango," and someone cut it to 'fandango' You can probably find it 46:10 heh the blink 52:09 hiding in my hoodie 56:01 6-pack Cat (I got her on Silly Wisher as my first 5-star. Lost the 50-50 56:36 UGH 56:49 gASp 1:03:05 I laugh every time he does that (and replay it a bit) 1:04:00 wait so _cute_ 1:09:20 the choo choo cart is actually so funny or feels good Like I want it in VR or smth Been waiting for some characters aa but idk who to role for Kokomi and Wanderer are out rn, and I was going for Kokomi because she's apparently the _Queen_ of Healing (AND I WANT FARUZAN), but there are rumours of 4.0 being Lyney, Yelan, Tartaglia, and Zhongli. So then if the speculations were right do I go for Zhongli bc the Fontainians will return more frequently? I haven't look at anyone's kit stuff besides Lyney and I want that card taunt Lemme just take this exam and then I can turn my primogem farming into hyperdrive.
The Crescendo in the second half of 3.0 teaser trailer is just amazing, the direction it has and how it presents you some actual moments of the missions gives me goosebumps and make me excited again for a version I already played. Also the three you mention is also called Irminsul or the Imaginary Tree in Honkai Impact 3rd world. Some say that both trees could even be the same since in Honkai Impact Otto did something similar to what Scara mentions in 3.3 teaser
i think part of the fun of being presented with suggestive hints and teasers is, apart from the simple entertainment, is the mental churn as imaginative theories present themselves. (Personally, in the game, i don't strive to discover truth, i prefer to imagine extravogant theories. Eg, the entire Genshin world exists in the imagination of Fischl ... or ... Paimon is empowering and leading Traveller. )
100% agree with you on Mika's voice. I love Genshin's eng dub overall but Mika's voice is my least favourite. I don't think it's VA's fault, I guess the voice director asked him to make this kind of voice but it's just not fitting.

I enjoyed these trailers, next up is the collected Miscellany!
I'd say watch Genshin's 'Travail' trailer and 'Winter's night lazzo' first and then do HSR
Would like to see your reaction too Honkai Impact Animated Shorts. Lots of stuff for you to breakdown.
But thr most i'd looove to see is your reaction to Genshin Impact Story Teasers.
Just play the game already lol
right now in genshin Wanderers banner =)
To this day, I can say that Candace presentation in the version trailer is the best 4★ presentation we've had so far. I get goosebumps every time I see it and when she says "A shield is not enough to protect the most important things... *Dramatic silence* That's why I also wear a spear"
If that's not style, I don't know what it is
She's got some style and a half. That's for sure haha
Thanks for being a real one! I appreciate it. :)
Makes sense! They have that theatre theme. 🤔
@@TheRoschi down at the Winter Night's Lazzo description they listed all the Fatui names, their title and the VA's
I'm dying at the "I know he's actually a puppet." comment LMAO preempting the comments
There's quite a bit of that going on in this video 😅😂😭
The Secret Summer Paradise is still ongoing for about two weeks and a half from now, Klee's birthday is in Summer, so it's just probably her mom giving her events as a gift for her birthday present, she's quite a queen being able to just gift a meta gift like that...
I see what you did there ;D
Thanks for being a real one.
So far, the summer festivals are usually light and time limited, and appear at the end of version. But, they usually include small snippets or segway to the new region.
Since these are limited events, is not really a game spoiler anymore but basically:
In Version 1 there were ton of Inazuma lore scattered in the island map.
In Version 2, Nahida spoke telepathically to us at the end but we didnt who she was then
In Version 3, the fun fair was run and managed by people from Fontaine.
ooohh good to know! Thank you
32:27
The balladeer boss is called "shouki no kami: everlasting lord of archane wisdom"
Shouki no kami means the god who can be redeemed or the god that is to be saved
Also you where on point with doctor creating the god for the sages
As a lore player
Am impressed
the card game tournament stuff was a limited event. the card game is permanent though. you can versus npcs or other players.
Ah cool! I'm glad that they left the card game in.
I'm sure you've had hundreds of recommendations for this so far, but if you're interested in a little glimpse of the Fatui Harbingers, you should check out the trailer called A Winter Night's Lazzo, it came out right before Sumeru (similar to how the Overture Teaser came out right before Fontaine's upcoming debut.)
You're absolutely correct that the trailers will put things out of order or seemingly connect things that aren't really connected.
A little fun fact about him and the harbinger rankings, there are 11 total seats for the harbingers, number 1 being the strongest and number 11 being well... the least strongest. childe is 11, signora is 8 and scaramouche was 6. and dottore... he's number 2. and harbingers 1-3 have the power that matches that of gods, so yeah dottore's definitely not a guy to be messed with.
also the "jester" he mentioned is their leader, he also goes by the name pierro. also, its not confirmed, but its likely that because he's the leader and the "first fatuus" he doesn't have a rank, he's like number 0. also I find it ironic that the leader of the fatui, the fools, is named the jester/pierro.
a fun fact about wanderer! he hates sweet things, and in his voicelines he says that he's "no fan of dango" so yeah i don't think he'll be doing the fandango any time soon lmao (oh and I'm sure other comments have mentioned but yeah his story quest in the 3.3 trailer is permanent! and it's one of my favourites)
oh and I'm gonna nerd out a bit about genshin lore^^ the quest mentioning dragons was actually pretty big in terms of lore. the very beginning of teyvat (genshin's world) was originally populated by dragons and ruled by seven dragon sovereigns. until one day a being known as the "primordial one" came along, started a war with them, won and established the human realm. and the dragons were banished to the depths, resenting the gods that now rule teyvat. the voice you hear in that trailer (the one that mentioned something about nahida (and the archons) only calling themselves gods because they lean on the heaven's glow) comes from the dendro dragon, named apep, who could very well be one of the original seven sovereigns. and that's why you hear that other voice talking about being around before the existence of time... this quest was massive for lore enjoyers because this was the first time dragons being the originally rulers was talked about in a main quest. before the only mentions we have of it are from in game books and pieces of text. a lot of genshin's lore is like this actually, scattered across bits of text, which is why I like to think picking apart teyvat's history as a sort of archaeological game. sorry if this ramble's a bit long lol, I'm just way too invested in genshin lore.
anyways this video was worth the wait! as always I enjoy your reactions :>
also... you're definitely on the right track with the hillichurls originally being human thing ;)
oh also I wanna mention wanderer's many names! so kabukimono is the name that was given to him after he was found by a group of swordsmiths. ei didn't give him a name so "kabukimono" just kinda stuck. scaramouche/the balladeer is his name/title that was given to him after becoming a fatui harbinger. and kunikuzushi was a name he chose for himself at around the time he joined the fatui.
after leaving the fatui he didn't want to continue using a name connected to them, so he became just the wanderer. and fun fact! after going through his quest you actually get to pick a new name for him yourself! and that name will show up in ui and stuff, just like how you can name the traveller whatever you want.
AH I see. Thanks for sharing. :)
Fun fact:
Wanderer's mecha when he was Scaramouche is likely a reference to the anime Neon Genesis Evangelion
Some of Scaramouche's arc is similar to Eva in strange ways
Ah I see! Nice!
@@TheRoschiSHIIIINJIIIII GET THE FUCK OUT OF THE EVA RIGHT NOW! you cant tell me what to do anymore mom im finally inside of another man!
Editing to add queen here
Thanks for being a real one and for the info! I appreciate it. :)
You actually got many many many things accurately so far, I wouldn't be able to guess this much correctly just based on the teasers alone.
Thank you! I tried my best :D
Yes talk about our son! I'm still very happy he got to have a whole event dedicated to him and his present/past.
Cool stuff! Thanks for watching :D
Tighnari's personality is amazing! Love how sassy he is
Ngl i must confess, that i too just watch the Genshin Videos from people who react to certain things and i usually never subscribe.
These went hard! Especially the first 3. Such a fun watch.
It looks much more cleaner than on art and because of 3d aspect the amount of small details he has on him aitomatically separate depending on angle in which you look at him, so you are not overwhelmed by them
Also, I really like how you analyze everything, instead of just whatching through with simple "I liked it" or "it was cool".
She is Google sensei. Got it. :)
Good to know! Thanks.
Thank you so much! I'm glad that you like my stuff. There will be more coming soon :D

the Scaramouche Boss Battle Theme OST, the lyrics is all about his life
also La Signora Boss Theme OST
I will definitely end up listening to both!
The Bohemian Rhapsody references during Wanderer's part😂
Glad you enjoyed that. :)
The very last video you should watch right before you start your gameplay is the Teyvat Chapter Travail Preview trailer.
Noted! I will definitely make sure to make a video on it before my play-through. It'll be a nice milestone. :D
Is this just fantasy?" "Open your eyes, look up to the sky and see"
Also "I'm just a poor boy, I need to sympathy" and the "Anyway the wind blows"...
We can see even more references if we go to the verse of "Scaramouche"
"I see a little silhouetto of a man...
He is also said "I am not a fan of dango" which was very funny, also his boss theme is called "Ominous Fandango"
@@madmedicalofficer9446 Haha yeah, although that isn't his boss theme, just a regular theme of his.
I still have doubts that he's 100% inspired by the song, but there's way too much coincidences haha
I'm looking forward to seeing it :)
Yeah, next friday most likely! I'm so so excited
I like Tighnari's design ^^ I like the vibes of colors he has in his clothes
Wanderer's story is PERMANENT in game, the ghost story in Inazuma was indeed an event only thing
Card game is a permanent mode and it was introduced in patch 3.3, but in 3.7 was a big card event with some story behind creating this game (in the world of Genshin I mean). In cards you can duel with NPCs, playable chars and in coop too but you won't get any rewards for coop, it's just for fun. I like TCG in Genshin very much! It became my the most beloved mode at least for now. But many people find it boring for some reason, but those who play TCG can be very creative and smart in making strong decks :D
Hoyoverse loves to tease stuff from the next region in the summer events so it's totally okay to think that "the stage" in 3.8 event is somehow preparing us for Fontaine.
Also Klee has some time with her mother, well, at least she had some vacations with her mom in 2.8 (we didn't see her mom, but we were told that she took Klee and went to hang out somewhere)

Or how he teased Paimon like "your answers are not very smart, so I give you time to think about them"
The 3rd Lantern Festival, by the way, was distinguished by the interaction of the characters, because 2 archons (Venti and Zhongli) met there, who were encrypted that they did not know each other, it was hilarious
Well, I already wrote somehow about Dainsleif (that blonde from 3.5). He appears exactly once a year, there were only three stories with him, but my God, WHAT the stories were, always about the most secret.
It is interesting to note, by the way, that it is his VA who voices all the explanations in the videos about the characters. You have not watched them, but for all the characters there are also videos that simply explain their game mechanics( so for 5 star character we have 3 videos)
And how I trudge with this voice in the beginning of 3.5, which says: OH DEAR CREATURE .... Straight to goosebumps every time
Thank you very much! I really like watching your reactions

Winter Night Lazzo(This was released right before sumeru and you wont see it ingame)
The Final Feast(This was released a couple of weeks ago to hype us up for the new regions thats coming out)*I just seen you already did this one*
Thanks! Travail and Lazzo are on the list. No worries. :)

Damn, I'm impressed. My guy got big brain👍🏻❤️
Glad I could impress! My brain is normal though. Maybe just a little wacky sometimes. :)
Man ngl... as many of us said before, although you dont know some ingame lore stuff, which is totally right and fine, you will manage to analyze and do make very good theories regarding the plot. Great video as always. Loved your reactions and thoughts
Thank you! I'm glad you enjoy my videos. :)
Your speculations are so spot on...😆How can you understand so much with just the trailers? The video was enjoyable.😍
Haha I'm happy that you liked it! Thank you for watching. 😁
I'm very very interested in all of this... < . <
Thank you for sharing!
( btw subbing to your channel for future Genshin TCG knowledge. )
@@TheRoschi Haha, thanks! And keep up the good stuff! (And yes, Nilou is wonderful)

Mark down these words, save them somewhere you can remember them hike you play the game and go through the stories
Will do one of these days for sure. It's a plan. :)
Yes!! A fellow Nilou enjoyer, I adore her character design and what she stands for, but people rarely give her the attention she deserves. So I’m happy you like her too
Wanderer banner is available now if u want to play him try to get him until the event ends
Unfortunately it'll be a bit before I can play. :')
Everything is the main story except for the following:
-the spooky forest event (Inazuma's test of courage),
-the lantern rite festival (this is Liyue's yearly event with a continuous storyline),
-windbloom (Mondstadt's yearly/bi-yearly event),
-the TCG event (TCG w/out the event can still be played in-game as of adventure rank 35 & you play a mix of NPCs, Playable Characters & Other Players) and
-the Klee summer event (There's still a few weeks left! And with the "quick start" button you can immediately jump-in after completing some tutorial things in-game!)
Thanks for the info! :)
The summer events are always so chill and relaxing. I wish they lasted all year. They also happen before a new region launches, so there’s usually a little tie in or breadcrumbs for the new region.
ooohh love that
Thank you for your reaction. Also why "Queen"? hehe
Thanks for being a real one!
...What you mean why "Queen"? Bohemian Rhapsody. XD
I will definitely react to the boss theme OST's at some point. :)
Should have watch "teyvat story preview" video too... The video released when genshin first launched
There's a plan to watch it at some point, definitely before I start playing the game. No worries. :)
Man, I gotta say, you really blew my mind with how on point you were with some of your theories. Connecting dots really seems to be your thing, huh? I'd be thrilled to watch you play the game in the future 👍
Regarding Wanderer's story: Don't worry, this is indeed still in the game.
Regarding "Queen": ...It's an awesome Band 🤷♂
I love how obsessed he is with the trees
In not the trees, then it's the moon, if not the moon, then it's color theory, if not color theory then it's the little things, etc. Always something. XD
Yay another reaction video! Yass Queen slay! I'm saying things I normally would not say! :) Here I go to give you some more non spoilery context:
7. 34:41 LMAO
8. 3.3 featured an interlude archon quest that delves into the Wanderer's backstory.
Thanks for being a real one and for taking the time to address some things. I appreciate it. :)
I swear to GOD, EVERY SINGLE TIME I watch the 3.4 trailer and start CRYING! It's just because after experiencing my first lantern rite (the second one), I was just itching to experience another and when that trailer finally dropped, I was so fucking happy. And seeing Hu Tao finally be a part of it was just... wonderful.
Man guessed the "Curse" from just the trailers 👏👏👏
If you're good with a little bit of spoilers, which seems to be the case since you watched every character demos, character teasers, and version trailers. You should watch the other interlude about the fatui harbingers. Also strange how you haven't reactes to the Teyvat Chapter Trailer
I wouldn't say it's 'strange'. There was higher demand for most other things first. I'll get to it before I play.
I plan on reacting to as much as I can, no worries. 😁
@@TheRoschi ah so it was a case of demands. Alright bro that's understandable, i know how it is 😉
@@fairiz375of course its about the "demands". Nothing more important. We all know that 😉.
TCG is permanent, we also constantly get expansions for it. It's optional, you can duel both NPC and your friends
i was just done watching the 2.0-2.8 one lmao
Perfect timing!
Speaking of the "world tree," Nahida, the purest branch of Irminsul. Our little cabbage baby god.
omg... She's a cabbage patch kid. This makes sense.
Thank you so much! Glad you like my videos. It's been fun figuring out the lore.

Great video as always! Thank you! Very nice theories and analysys.
I know that you will most likely be spoiled sooner or later, but not by me. So I'm not going to comment on any of the plot points. 😉
The girl that got stabbed and looked familiar to you is Katheryne.
Eula is our *Queen* 😂
Hope this information helped to clear some things up 😊
You're a real one! Thank you for all the information! I appreciate that. 😁
Omg yes yes yes!! I’ve been waiting for this!!

I personally especially love your realization about trees because yes in fact Genshin has a lot of very important trees and so many stuff happen around trees we could as well call this game Tree Impact but I'm not gonna be spoiling anything
Fortunately (or unfortunately) friday/saturday/sunday next week should be livestream for 4.0 so we will get 4.0 trailer and soon after all the new character teasers and demos so you have just a tiny bit of break before new content comes flooding
I'm happy that you've enjoyed my journey so far. There's definitely more to come. Thank you so much. :D
I sincerely love your reactions. You make some pretty good speculations so don't be afraid to guess. If you do guess something wrong it's going to be even more mindblowing and interesting for you in the future!!
All that said, slay "queen".;)

I'll continue to do my best.
Again fun to see you puzzle out all of the info into what are very on the nose takes that are equally as often off the mark, but well reasoned. Thanks for the upload.
Thanks for watching!
One of these days I will play. :)
You're not wrong, Hillitruls are cursed🤔....I wont spoil any further 🚶♂️
oooohh~
Also teyvat chapter teaser is a must watch
Which reminds me, I need to take pics of the event before it ends in 17 days. And do that hang-out with Kaeya. Anywho, subbed! Keep it coming!
Thanks for subbing! I appreciate it. :D
this man went from "my daughter is finally free" to "oh no she's getting dunked on" in a matter or mere SECONDS. His hands were up in the air in an iconic "wtf man?" motion ya love to see it
also, crazy diamonds?? I'm gonna assume that's not a Dangnanronpa reference
I was ready to throw hands. People keep messing with my cabbage patch kid and I'm sick of it. lol
"Shine on you crazy diamonds" has been my send off on UA-cam since 2015 I think. It's a Pink Floyd reference. :D
@@TheRoschi why do they insist of tormenting her so..? She did nothing wrong, ever :(
I've seen the Sumeru trailers many times at this point and it's still just THAT GOOD
to be fair the hu tao rap song bad rep is because The English VA oh hu tao dont know how to rap and a lot of people are playing on EN but other like me i play on JP Dub and CN Dub is actually good. thats why i got confuse when people are calling the hutao rap bad because they heard the EN version and i only play on JP so when i heard the EN version i was like Oh WoW thats big difference oh how they rap now i get it.
I'd say it was more of a direction issue on the EN side of things. Even a person who doesn't rap is able to if they're instructed correctly. Seems like the EN studio kinda messed up if the others turned out fine. < . <
I'm definitely gonna have to listen to them.
I love Tighnari... NOW. The first time I saw him in the patch teaser I didn't like him either. But he grows on you :)
I've scrolled a bit on comments and I'm stunned to see that no one is mentioning Dainsleif (the blonde man at 54:15 )
He has been around since the beggining of the game (in the "Teyvat chapter" video), but didn't appear in game until 1.4, but not being present on the trailer himself (he's like camera shy, that or hoyo wants to keep him as a surprise everytime he appears). Was also on the end of the 2.6 trailer and was the narrator for the beggining of the Chasm introduction
He's also the one narrating almost all the Collected Miscellany trailers (except for a few ones that are handled by Alice, like Aloy or Wanderer)
He has such a rich lore that only get expanded everytime he appears.
[spoiler territory]
Dainsleif was the formal captain of the royal guard of a nation that existed until 500 years before the start of the game.
Awesome vid! ❤ To respond to question, yes you can play Coop TCG for as much as you want :)You can even queue for randoms :D
YESSS I love this.
Thanks for watching! :D
Also Queen 😂❤ just got to the end!
@@KkeojyeoOW Haha congrats! You're a real one 😁
Finally some good genshin content, lets go
Thanks! :D
I'm glad to see you have caught up with the version trailers, in approximately one week from today we will be receiving the trailer for 4.0 with the version special program, the timing was perfect.
ps* Queen.
I'm excited for it!
Yup, for TCG you can play against either a NPC, a random or a friend!
Sounds amazing!
I already woke up with a banger like that to watch
Thank you! :)
Mika is not a kid btw, he's around 18 based on some info from the game, so that's why he doesn't have a kid's voice. I love the VA himself but I agree that they messed up the voice direction
Yeah, no shade to the VA but the direction is definitely off.
Haha
TCG - I have no problem with this. I'mma play Genshin for the TCG haha jk... Maybe.
Collected Miscellany - Good to know! Thank you. (...poor Dehya wtf D: )
Thank for being a real one!
They really hit mika with the 🤓 emoji
TCG introduced in version 3.3 and you can play vs NPC, Characters and other players.
30:19 That was everyone after what happened in 3.0-3.2. I think I can say for a lot of us that we were ready to nuke the Academia off the map
1:04:04 LMAO "And then they died" -2023
They will be missed.
wOOOOOO
18:40 hehe he had a line like
"I'm not a fan of dango," and someone cut it to 'fandango'
You can probably find it
46:10 heh the blink
52:09 hiding in my hoodie
56:01 6-pack Cat
(I got her on Silly Wisher as my first 5-star. Lost the 50-50
56:36 UGH
56:49 gASp
1:03:05 I laugh every time he does that (and replay it a bit)
1:04:00 wait so _cute_
1:09:20 the choo choo cart is actually so funny
or feels good
Like I want it in VR or smth
Been waiting for some characters aa but idk who to role for
Kokomi and Wanderer are out rn, and I was going for Kokomi because she's apparently the _Queen_ of Healing (AND I WANT FARUZAN), but there are rumours of 4.0 being Lyney, Yelan, Tartaglia, and Zhongli. So then if the speculations were right do I go for Zhongli bc the Fontainians will return more frequently? I haven't look at anyone's kit stuff besides Lyney and I want that card taunt
Lemme just take this exam and then I can turn my primogem farming into hyperdrive.
I meant fun*, not funny 🙈 it's a great view
The Crescendo in the second half of 3.0 teaser trailer is just amazing, the direction it has and how it presents you some actual moments of the missions gives me goosebumps and make me excited again for a version I already played.
Also the three you mention is also called Irminsul or the Imaginary Tree in Honkai Impact 3rd world. Some say that both trees could even be the same since in Honkai Impact Otto did something similar to what Scara mentions in 3.3 teaser
TCG is actually both you can play against npc to get there cards and use them against your opponents in co-op and friends
I love this so much
i think part of the fun of being presented with suggestive hints and teasers is, apart from the simple entertainment, is the mental churn as imaginative theories present themselves.
I agree with this wholeheartedly.
Yes... The 3.0 trailer has to be my favourite. It just had so much mystery and questions
Another great video, please make a video on A Winter Night's Lazzo whenever you have time.
It's on the list. :)
You can play TCG with a random person online, with friends in co-op and also with NPCs.
That's amazing :D
you should watch the Fatui Trailer It is amazing it might blow your mind maybe.
