It is not "impossible" for a dog to slip it's collar Judge Judy; it's actually quite common. All depends on your dog's size/shape of their head in relation to their neck. When I took my cat to a pet event, I had it strapped in a neck and chest harness leash with the strong cord wrapped several times around my hand and the thing was only 7lbs., and these people with dogs big enough for a toddler to ride like a horse refuse to believe that they can attack is just insane.
As a German Shepherd owner myself I know from first hand experience and from reading about the breed they generally do not like small dogs. Years ago I was walking my dog and pushing my then toddler in the stroller around the neighborhood when a French Bulldog came up to us with no leash and no owner insight. My dog growled and barked at the Frenchie to get him to go away but this dog would not leave us alone and kept getting in my German Shepherd's face. There wasn't much I could do, I'm strong enough to hold back my dog but I also had my daughter in the stroller, so I'm trying to shoo this yapping Frenchie away and keep moving. The last time that dog got in my German Shepherd's face he grabbed him by the neck and shook him pretty hard. After that the French Bulldog ran away, still never saw an owner. I looked around on the ground and in my dog's mouth, thankfully I didn't see any blood so I don't think he hurt the French Bulldog very much but who knows. After that I decided not to put my dog in a situation where he could be around smaller dogs again, like the dog park. My dog loves kittens and adult cats, he's fine around larger dogs but those tiny dog breeds he hates.

Instead of getting an animal to keep you company--make some friends.
On what planet do you walk a dog unleashed 🤔🌎
I cannot stand when people get animals and don't get their vaccines or get it fixed !..😊
I believe here too.

I think the defendant needs some medicine for smartness. She's not too bright.
If your dog isn’t trained to be around other dogs don’t take your fucking dog outside
Lady please get your dog their shots annually. That is the bare minimum of pet care. Smdh
