29:22 this made me cry, I can't imagine the pain they suffered, it was scary may they rest shame
It's sad they burned alive at least there in a better place
I Just skipped that part....
Not as sad as Laika the dog the Russians murdered.
When the 3 astronauts burned up
Are they in heaven or hell?
@@mikzares7238 Yes if they accepted Jesus as they're personal savior, Jesus gives the way to heaven so they're souls will not roam around on earth

Do documentary focused on the Soviet Space program!
Yeah! Explore things beyond the America continent!
Your first omg
You should replace that with a question mark
That would be hard to make considering we don’t know much about the soviets and their space program. Still, not a bad idea.
It would be hard most info is still classified
Thank you so much for recognizing Michael Collins. His role was so vital, but it was also terrifying. Aboard the command module, while orbiting the moon, there would a period of communication blackout, and he would be TOTALLY alone because he couldn't even contact the people back in Earth.

this man puts every single effort to make his videos better
29:29 that was so scary 😱
We wish them well, i feel their pain, they’re in a better place. I wish NASA made fire-resistant spacesuits.
The animation is amazing! Along with the art style it’s very done.
Very done indeed.
It’s hopefully very done

You really surprises us all. How do you really know all of these? Plus you're very talented in doing these presentation into masterpiece, even a kid won't get bored since every second of the video is interesting and the background tune is so unique and original plus your voice really makes it so fantastic!!😃
I mean its probably on wikipedia but yes video veri good
There are plenty of books out there, Area 51 by Annie Jacobson is a good one, explains a little bit about the lunar landing and Wernher von Braun. It's actually very interesting and makes sense as to why alot of people don't trust the governments.
I’m so glad I came across this video, I learned a lot!
If I'm not mistaken, you have already covered this in your previous videos. But regardless, you're still awesome!!! I love it!!😃

I respect all those astronauts who had did their best in making a Successful Launch towards NASA effort, even they had to face the challenging onto the Soviet Space Station ( I am not saying their bad) but it took time to study and understand the surroundings of space, which we all don’t know what could be beyond the universe.
Wether it is risking or challenging, It is all about Space!
You deserves more subs for this hard work
29:30 gave me the chills
The whole movie was amazing. Many of those communications in this movie had not been heard by humans on earth.
Michael Collins was at one point the loneliest man ever. He was in a communication blackout when orbiting the other side of the moon and was all alone.
The audio in the fire of the cockpit was terrifying, R.I.P.
I just finished watching it. It still is great. I seem to have notice only one added info 😅, the design/ draft of the capsule/seat ejection. 😃

"But the USSR did everything first" :)
"We choose to go to the Moon!
We choose to go to the Moon...We choose to go to the Moon in this decade and do the other things,
not because they are easy, but because they are hard! because that goal will serve to organize and measure the best of our energies and skills, because that challenge is one that we are willing to accept, one we are unwilling to postpone, and one we intend to win, and the others, too."

"Won the space race" isn't correct. Soviets won the race to the space when Yuri Gagarin left the Earth's atmosphere. Americans only won the "moon race" to the moon.

Well FINALLY!!!! A NASA Video!!!
I don’t see Von Braun in both ways, I see him as a person who revolutionized the way we make it to space
Yes, I believe/understand that we went. I've seen the hardware up close. I've touched a moon rock. But the difficulty NASA has had getting back sure makes it easier to buy into the idea we never could.
Only to the willfully ignorant.....
Technology is supposed to get easier and cheaper which doesn't happen with the Moon Journeys
@@cherkas009 This usually happens to technology that is in high demand
thats why computers, medical technology all these improved so much
there is very less demand for a moon landing,so that didnt improve
meanwhile the demand for orbital rockets has been increasing, and today we are seeing new innovative rocket designs like falcon 9,electron,neutron,starship,terran etc...
and there are plans for manned lunar landing and making lunar bases on the moon in NASA's artemis missions. The SLS and starship rocket will have their maiden flight soon.
@@spacecowboy5274 but the computer power has exponentially improved so it should be easier cheaper compared with the computers they had back then
@@cherkas009 computing power is not a major limiting factor, they occupy relatively small mass of the rocket
and simulations could be done back then by hand-calculator calculations and by using wind tunnel and other manual methods
the rocket engineering itself has barely seen any improvement, the rocket engine ISP's or thrust have not seen much improvement
reusability is one big improvement that happened but there are no operational reusable rockets that has enough power to send someone to moon and return them
maybe starship might be able to bring the much needed improvement in modern rocket technology but that is still under development
There is also a lack of funding and political will
back then usa wanted to beat the ussr so kennedy increased nasa funding a lot and congress agreed
today there is no competitor directely challenging them
so politicians seem uninterested and hence less funding
also in the current artemis program parts are made all over the USA and europe, this leads to compatibility and transport issues
add to this the government bureaucracy and u get several delays and cost overruns
Flatlife:he was the fastest man alive
What the flash hears:**FASTEST* *MAN* *ALIVE*
Fun Fact: the juno 1 had 6 launches. A few launches failed. (I think the explorer 3 and 5 and the beacon 1 failed.)
