Everyone has their own ideas about "warm-ups" on equipment, but I'm pretty firm that you should do a high idle first thing in the morning. Like 900 to 1100rpm depending on what it is but it really helps in getting that oil flow moving. I've always been told to not let your engine just sit at idle on first starts. They even taught that to us in tech school. Either way, I'm learning a ton watching your videos. You can find all kinds of videos of people operating equipment but hardly any of them actually explain the why, how, or when to do certain actions. The ditches at the ranch I work at actually move water now!!! Lol
@@digginlifedeeper3670 We typically have 3 to 7 tons per load on our demo jobs. In order to get more in the truck you have to handle it 3 or 4 times instead of twice. Hard to calculate what's more efficient, handling the material less cycles or making more trips....
🤩Great job Todd. Lots of rain coming here starting next week. Dampening progress on getting jobs and getting started on some work here around the house. Great vid as always. Enjoyed it.
Now this is interesting. As in how to deal with buying property with a home on it that is pretty much gone that you need to remove. I've always been curious about this. Also as in what if there's a septic tank some place?
i have a sewing machine of that style, looks like a singer but i think its a look alike from china or somewhere. still cool looking. came from my grandfathers house. i also have my grandmothers pedal singer sewing machine in its cabinet with with 4 drawers per side. as you may have figured they didnt live together at that time.
I’m not sure Jacob. The owners of the burnt trailer sold the property. I’m cleaning up for the new owners. There are several free standing wood stoves inside. I’ve got a feeling that contributed
your welcome todd.. I've watched most of your videos I'm interested in the business. I'm a crane operator/ truck driver looking to start my own business..i would like to meet up with you when i get back home. I'm working in ca. i live in lancaster sc. thanks for all you videos and the details you explain how to get started. @@digginlifedeeper3670
I enjoy every one of your videos, but something about demolition is even more fun!
Great to hear Carson!!! Hopefully there will be plenty more demo to come
Enjoy watching your videos. Trying to get started myself.
You can do it!
I like how you crunched down that small metal shed like it was a pop can! Diggn Life!
Todd I shore enjoy your videos I watch them over and over love watching you operate the skidsteer and extvater

🐿️ closest I could find to a gopher! 😂
That’s perfect hero!!!
My dog caught her first ground hog last summer. She threw it around and played patty cake with it. Had no idea it was good dog food.

I think you should let the gopher do a little operating on the 309 😂😂😂
Not a bad idea Joe!!!
😊
🤩Great job Todd. Lots of rain coming here starting next week. Dampening progress on getting jobs and getting started on some work here around the house. Great vid as always. Enjoyed it.
Great job buddy! Just was wondering how you calculate charges for a job like this?
I charge by the hour plus dump fees
👍👍. Fantastic video Mr. Todd!! Keep up the good work! Thanks for sharing and have a great weekend!!
Thanks, you too Papaw!
You’ve got a really good channel here. Your editing, music, drone footage, everything, on point.👌🏻I predict your channel is going to keep growing.👌🏻
I hope so will!!! Thanks for the kind encouraging words
In my area, it costs $20/ton for yard debris and $55/ton for building debris. Metal, appliances, and concrete are no charge.
Man Scott!!! That’s some good rates!!!
Out here on the coast of NC, its about $65/ton
Really enjoying the new skit style video, brings a smile to my face. You look like you're enjoying it a bit yourself?
Glad to hear Brian!!! I’m having a lot of fun with it
Man I wish I had a hat that produce hot meals. I wonder if you can get one for fried chicken ? 🤔. Great video Todd 🔥🔥🔥

There was a septic. It’s usually easy to tie into the old line when the new house is built
Remember to have it checked and pumped prior to seeking your construction permit
🥴Getting a little crazy up in them there hills. Love your work Todd, keep em coming. Stay safe brother
You know it!!! I will
Great video as always, watch out for that gopher!
Thanks Kevin!!! That whistle pig has got it out for me

1995 RD688s. It’s got the 350hp e7 engine. Not super fast but gobs of torque. I wouldn’t take $150k for it

What caused the fire? Are the owners rebuilding?
I’m not sure Jacob. The owners of the burnt trailer sold the property. I’m cleaning up for the new owners. There are several free standing wood stoves inside. I’ve got a feeling that contributed
Sounds like an opportunity for the new owners to sell some abandoned property or install a wood stove in their new house or shop, properly, of course
It cleaned up real nice Todd😄, another job tackled.
Thanks Joe!!! It’s coming along
As always a great video. That place was a mess until Todd showed up…👊🤙😎💪

Those gas station hot dogs might be what’s wrong with your gut. Hopefully it’s nothing serious!
Very possible Shane!!!
If I understood you right did you say $15 a ton we pay $53 a ton in Virginia
Concrete dump fee at the recycling center is $15/ton. If I took it to the land fill I think it’s up around $50-$60/ton
