Unbelievable devastation. On a lighter note, it appears some people had decks built over the top of their mobile homes. What an epic idea to make the most out of their small slice of the pie. Greed knows no end, I have so much respect for people who build a paradise from what they have instead of scheme for what they don't. That's the attitude that they will need to recover from this.
They will have a long list of restrictions on new mobile homes. They want to make it extremely difficult to replace a mobile home with another mobile home. It's dirty tactics the city and county use to get rid of mobile homes. With enough pressure, they will eventually drive people out so the new class can move in comfortably.
Its prime Ocean view land. Still a fraction of what the houses around cost. And they’re only $1 million due to the price inflation over the last 25 years.
After viewing your video great shots by the way !!! It not only was Tahitian Terrace MHP it was always the Palisades Bowl too 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢. So sad I am a mobile home contractor and have worked at both parks this is so sad .

Santa Monica is my favourite place to visit in the US and our videos bring back happy memories, Watching these fires on the News and these clips of the aftermath are heartbreaking.
Worked the sayer fire in 2008. We evacuated the mobil home park off the 210 fwy. When we left the homes were still there. We got called to escort all personnel into & out of the 5 fwy corridor where the 5 & 14 fwy splits. We went back to the mobil home park later & it was gone. 600 homes vanished. It was unreal, like a bomb went off. Prayers to all involved. God bless you.
Praying for all those affected. Just horrendous. We humans need to bring back humanity and reduce the greed. So many people who live in this area said "it came from nowhere" "the winds just suddenly changed" "whole life material gone in a second." In a matter of hours, whole cities were destroyed by fire. Very humbling for anyone.

Most of this looks like trailer park communities , (yes there are trailer parks in Malibu). I bet those parks won't be back.
Insurance companies have been cancelling people right and left!
How sad! Poor land, his fauna, his flora and his people.
There are no words.
I don’t watch the news because I don’t like the commentary so I appreciate your filming this in silence.
The fire in Los Angeles looks like it burned down the same way that Maui, Hawaii burned down
How bout that. It was caused by DEW.

I hope everyone is okay
It's just like in Lahaina Maui!! 😢🙏🙏
Good luck getting insurance.
I’ve been thinking that it’s just a matter of time for a long time now unfortunately. So sad.
Could be?
@@sharonycampbell6884 exactly what I have been thinking😢
Thank you Fabian, fabulous footage of what it takes to fight this fire “behind the scenes”!
Never seen a video so hard hitting as this. Compelling and haunting to watch. Our thoughts and sadness is with you... from the UK. 😢
I HOPE THAT YOU STAY SAFE OUT THERE ! PRAYING FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY AND EVERYONE ELSE TOO
Unbelievable devastation.
Thank you Morro Bay and Poway fire departments for the help!
Tahitian Terrace Mobile Home Park.....listings over $1,000,000 per home
Not your average trailer park.
God
They will have a long list of restrictions on new mobile homes. They want to make it extremely difficult to replace a mobile home with another mobile home. It's dirty tactics the city and county use to get rid of mobile homes. With enough pressure, they will eventually drive people out so the new class can move in comfortably.
Guess the millions are over now!
Its prime Ocean view land. Still a fraction of what the houses around cost. And they’re only $1 million due to the price inflation over the last 25 years.
@@mysteryachieverExactly. My house I paid 50k for 25 years ago is now appraised at 340k and I am taxed 3500 a year in property taxes.
Amazing coverage- this brings back so many sad memories- prayers for LA from 🇦🇺🐨😢
Thanks for sharing, showing how catastrophic the situation is it :(
After viewing your video great shots by the way !!! It not only was Tahitian Terrace MHP it was always the Palisades Bowl too 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢. So sad I am a mobile home contractor and have worked at both parks this is so sad .
Aaaaaaand, in comes Blackrock with a low ball offer to snatch the land. This fire is going to be Maui 2.0. just watch.
Disaster Derivatives--- some people make quite a bit of money off these fires.
Exactly!
3.0
Nope.
👀
Thank you, Fabian, for sharing this video.
I had a friend who lived in the Palisades - not at the Tahitian terrace, but farther back. She passed a few years ago, and all I can say is thank goodness she did not live to see this devastation.
My heart goes out to everyone who has been caught in these fires.
Santa Monica is my favourite place to visit in the US and our videos bring back happy memories,
Watching these fires on the News and these clips of the aftermath are heartbreaking.
My heart goes out to each and everyone that is effected by this disaster. I pray for u all.

Great video, bro! The best kind! No talking, no narration, just the sights and sounds of what’s happening on the ground. Thanks!
My heart aches for you as you photographed this horrific experience. I can’t imagine the emotion you felt and still do . ❤❤️🩹❤
Never to be replaced. New building and zoning codes coming for 15 minute city pods

NUTS
Didnt you know!? Its all foreseen.. not for the jabbed sheeps they are sleeping till they die!!!
You will own nothing and be happy .....WEF
The shear amount of fire trucks fueling on the beach. Never seen anything like this before. Prayers everybody
Great photography Fabian. This is your best work. Sorry to see the fire and Its devastation. Prayers go out to everyone effected. Sorry your Mayor decided to visit another country.
The mayor jumped on an air force jet and arrived back in LA. She participated in this past news media update earlier today, Wednesday.
@@penelopelgoss2520and she also took that trip on our tax payer dimes, cut fire dept funding and did nothing to ensure an adequate water delivery system, that's just for starters. Tell me just where do you think these people will now live, especially when fire insurance policies were just cancelled. 😢🙏🌷
She did not leave mid fire bro. Stop feeding into misinformation. She flew right over here and got straight to work. 🤦

Some of these firemen know these fires are not normal.. it is written all over their face.
Every one of these firemen know the difference between the real fires they face and the fever dreams people like you conjure up.
@@jasminelindros8923do you not remember that thing in Hawaii a little while ago?
Agreed .. gotta think some are arson
Yes, no water in the fire hydrates is pretty much a first for them.

You know it!
This is another unnatural looking occurrence... Just like Hawaii.
Not just burnt, but incinerated.
The Powers That Be are great at creating a problem, then inventing a solution, then charging us dummies for the "help"....
It'll be interesting to see how things play out with this.
Praying for all those affected.
The fires are near the ocean, yet the fire departments have run out of water. 😅
Great camera technique. Thank you, Fabian. Well done.
This is so heartbreaking to see my fellow americans having to deal with such things. Stay safe!
mobile home park burnt to the ground, how convenient. I'll bet there are plans already as to what will be built there.
Stunning footage. So devastating. Thank you for getting this on video. I hope those who lost everything find their new beginning a healing one. I’ve been there.
Even worse knowing someone who lived there who you visited with once. She had such a nice little spot. Hope she's ok.
Great footage. Thanks.
Thank you for the extensive video coverage of the Tahitian Terrace mobile home community.
I live in a mobile home community in Napa County, so this really hit me right in the heart.
I got a bet that says that mobile home park won't be coming back.....funny how that works
Of course it will. Eventually all will be rebuilt
Exactly like Hawaii fires 🙄
@Techrid. not as a mobile home park
Depends on the company that owns it. Some companies make really good money through land rental for these kinds of communities.
@@fredingram3731 Yes, as a mobile home park. Why wouldn't it? Are you assuming they have no insurance? Those "mobile homes" were up to a million dollars. Not a typical mobile home park. And insurance is mandatory no matter the size of your home.
I wonder how many of those firefighters, police, and emts lost their homes too.
i was thinking the same…
They cannot afford homes in the Palisades.
At least 2 were reported on MSM.
This video is thoughtful footage. You have allowed the viewer to experience the images through your lens.
EXCELLENT JOURNALISM
Developers are stoked, no more mobile home park to rebuild!

@@matrixfree3480 Just like in Maui and notice it was all cheap mobile home parks on prestige multi-million dollar plots of land. No coincidence there.
Thank you for taking the time to show us the total devastation people experienced..😢😢😢
I'm sure there's a good reason why there's not enough water to fight the fires, right? I spent 20 years in So Cal, these winds are awful but they happen every year, never have there been such devastating fires, It's almost like everything is more FLAMMABLE than in the past. It's almost like something was sprayed like a accelerate ...
