Tekken 4 and 5 are my favourite Tekken games of the Franchise. ☯️ By the way Tekken 4 had the best story and atmosphere no doubt. Also my favourite Tekken Intros of the series are 4 and 5. Especially Tekken 4, developers did a lot of things incredibly right, most storylines were incredibly cool and the atmosphere and seriousness was just on a another level. I don't think most would disagree that Tekken 4 had a great"everything-except-the-fighting" to it. Great and Epic soundtracks, unique character designs, good individual stories, and an interesting main Mishima arc revival. The thing is that it's still a fighting game and no matter how great everything else is, if the fighting bit is flawed it'll overshadow the positives.☯️✌

Steve Fox Christie Monteiro Craig Marduk Kazuya Mishima Three debuts and one return has never felt so badass in an intro before, especially with how each one was showcased.
You think so? I always thought theses new characters looked absolutely ugly. Nothing compared to what tekken 3 brought up. I mean, Christie’s design is embarrassing.
Can't even imagine what seeing Kazuya comeback after all those years must've been like (granted he was in Tag 1 but this feels like a total rebirth of Kazuya). You can not tell me that every hair in your body doesn't stand at 1:15. Tekken actually visualised what it truly feels to witness someone come back from the dead.

Tekken 4 was the first Tekken game I've played and them bringing back Kazuya was genius and awesome I was pumped and had goosebumps from the opening and Kazuya crushing the Tekken force one by one.
I basically have developed my own personal head canon for Tekken, I just decide to think that Jinpachi is the source of the Devil Gene and that Jin is cured after he kills Jinpachi, becomes CEO of the Mishima Zaibatsu and uses it to undo the evils caused by his father and grandfather. To me that is how Tekken ends.
In terms of the competitive scene, this game wasn't too popular. However, the tone and atmosphere of this game was top notch. It felt like everyone had a serious role.

I guess Kazuya doesn’t like guns very much. He chose to ram his fist through the guy’s face rather than pulling the trigger.
@Ace RBLX must've been Jin? You really can't tell their faces apart other than the red eye?

Kazuya’s left eye doesn’t start glowing red until the final act of this game, when he merges with the Devil spirit in his head.

As soon as i got my hands on PS2 around 4-5 years later which i bought with my own money i instantly got Tekken 4 and started playing it. I still play it ocassionally to this day. Great game, i dont get why it was bashed when compared to other Tekken games in the series.
Dude, these are all so good! I know you get a lot of requests, but we need Ridge Racer 4s intro restored!!
ooooh indeed! i second that!
These graphics look so good for being released in 2001, now in 2021 developers are not as motivated to put so much effort into making sick cinematics like these.

4 years :(
Tekken 4 was the first Tekken game I've played and them bringing back Kazuya was genius and awesome I was pumped and had goosebumps from the opening and Kazuya crushing the Tekken force one by one.
Miss u
Tekken 4 is a classic 👏🏻🥰❤️
I basically have developed my own personal head canon for Tekken, I just decide to think that Jinpachi is the source of the Devil Gene and that Jin is cured after he kills Jinpachi, becomes CEO of the Mishima Zaibatsu and uses it to undo the evils caused by his father and grandfather. To me that is how Tekken ends.
"i will get everything back!!"
This intro is so badass
Wow thanks youtube you fucking deleted my comment also fuck off bots
im really glad Marduk went bald lmao
Ironic, isn't it? Who came back to see this after Tekken 8?
This game was a lot of fun back in the day...
This game ! This IS where Kazuya has surpassed every other fighters for centuries, he will always be my number 1
In terms of the competitive scene, this game wasn't too popular. However, the tone and atmosphere of this game was top notch. It felt like everyone had a serious role.
My favourite opening Tekken video ever
The music in this game is just fantastic
look at the detail on the desert eagle kaz is holding
The whole theme song makes me feel like it's a spy movie.
The soundtrack is amazing
Damn it's so beautiful!
especially christie...
This was so hype to see, thanks for rendering it.
TMMSWE would be happy to see this.
wonder what happened to this dude
Kazuya is a badass…but Bryan is still my number 1.
