Thank you guys for that amazing love. its our pleasure to have you here in Rwanda. your promotion is unbelievable. much love, maybe we had a bitter history, but it doesnt have to always describe us. we as youth, we're trying so that what happenned wont happen again. reconciliation isnt easy thing to happen but we are trying. you guys dont have an idea how to live with a neighbors who wiped your whole family while u stl have trauma of what happenned to you. its nt easy thing to do but yes we're trying. time by time we'll be fully recovered. much love the Jacksons
In the states, we DO know what it is like to have neighbors that wiped out our family. Europoids.
Yes we do. 💯
Much love to you. In the states we are dealing with people who not only wiped out our families, but they stole our language, land, and practice ways to subjugate and kill us everyday. We are still in the middle of this war. We appreciate you for welcoming us with open arms. The way that you are coping with your trauma is admirable. We are grateful for you and this wonderful country.
@@Unmad facts! It's all love. Your family is doing a beautiful thing by traveling the continent. The better we begin to understand each other as a people, the more empowered we become. Keep it up family! I love Rwanda and the people. I went back in 2017 and will be back again soon ✊🏾
Many people believe that Philadelphian's don't leave their neighborhood let alone their state, so it's wonderful to see a beautiful black family seeing the world with their daughter. From one Philadelphian to another you're breaking the stereotype. Keep up the good work that you're doing!
I just love Africa , I'm form South Africa living in New Jersey and I must say , I can't wait for the lockdown to be over and go back home

I love your family chemistry. It’s so special. God bless you guys.
And let's not forget that in Rwanda you can drive without being scared of getting killed by the police
You can say it again
@Akoben Renaissance I was about to type the same thing. Right now it's peaceful and as long as you don't oppose President Kagame politically.
thats almost anywhere in the world besides USA
@Ebony M BLM protesters ARE being harrassed and locked up on trumped charges. Black peope are harrassed by police all the time, just for our skin color. Schools lock us up for stupid shit, the system is against you. I WILL TAKE RWANDA!!.
Are you killing me? Police of Rwanda are continuing to kill innocent Rwandans citizens. Stop being petty.
I’m Rwandan 🇷🇼 ❤️Much love and support

I've learned so much from you all, and I'm just absorbing all of the knowledge and positivity that you're blessing us with. If I ever get over there I will probably cry also just for being in a beautiful black run country. Keep doing what you're doing and I'll keep watching. ☮️ and love.
I cry every time I think about that movie.
Thank you for intelligent conversation, and for repping Africa! ❤🖤💚💛😍
Congratulations for your spreading of much love to your Mama Africa! As Rwandan myself over here in Toronto/ Canada, I command you for generously continue teaching my "un-Rwandan" greedy people...for changing unfairly prices to their own family, you my loving brother, sister and niece!
You have my unconditional support.
Thank you for the Love for Your Africa!
I am also sooo sad about the fluctuating prices! I am Rwandan living in Rwanda and this pricing attitude hurts me sooooo badly! it is not only for you guys but it is for everyone that sellers think they don't know about the price even if you are from here!
This needs a deep change! Thank you for raising this! Hope people will treat others fairly.
Kudos to you ....... Nomadic!

Rwanda is leading my top 4 places to repatriate. I just love the people through the screen. Lol plus it is so beautiful. Land of a 1000 Hills! Thank you for the love and support!
Thank you, this place is on my visit to Africa Country list.
You are right about the price boosting in a store. We have alot of growing as far as customer service. For people hawking on the street they will upsell u coz the locals can't afford those prices and seeing u is like wining lottery. Its part of the reality in very poor nations. If u spend time in Nairobi it will be worse. Eventually if u stay long enough u will find people u can trade with without unchanging. This applys to taxi hawkers realtors houseworkers etc.
I can’t wait to go to Rwanda! Can you do some stuff on Education? Like teaching there or working in the school system...
Text me you reach here in Rwanda, I will tell you More about Rwanda education
Hi. Could I contact you also?
If so how could I reach you?
My mail is ya575@mail.com
Kai
Have you all visited any churches? Have your daughter connected with any people her age?
Some Africans love shortterm prifits instead of long term.. and this is throughout the continent.. not knowing they're losing longterm benefits.
Live Was dope
Bali was a pleasant surprise for me. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Jakarta on the other hand, we felt like we were animals in a zoo the way we were stared at. Thankfully we were only in Jakarta for a short layover (less than 2 hours), but the people of Bali are loving and welcoming.
unapologetic I am coming to meet you guys. i love your dynamics and positivity. you are good people
Hey Fam...im a new subscriber who just found out my Cameroonian and Bioko Island Ancestry...and am seriously considering Rwanda to repatriate ...I thank you for your content and will add you to my community channel link on my page with other cool Africans with uplifting content...UHURU ! ❤🖤💚

I Love The Way You Interact As A Family.

I am a Rwandan. I thank you for even talking about our country, hopefully soon to be yours. There is a whole section of us that says nomads should be Rwandans! For real!
Your Hair Is Beautiful Young Lady. Love You All.
i dream to visit there, i travel 89 countries and i am from Africa, love you brother
I like your job. To connect black american and africa
New subbie here but try visit abuja Nigeria one day.
Thank you my sister for speaking the truth, even thought you were born and race in America, you finally see, live feel everything around you, look like you, know police coming to raised you. When you sleep, you sleep in peace and wake up in peace.
A taxi guy tried to take me to the bank in Abu Dhabi. I called the taxi commission on him. They found him and called him in. He apologized to me, gave me back my money, gave me free rides and even bought me a coke cola to show how sorry he was, lol!! I had to beg the commissioner not to fire him. I am a Jamaican and I know all the tricks. Had fun in Abu Dhabi though.
the meter wasnt on or what?
I work in South Korea and plan to retire to Rwanda. I will have to see if I can join your channel using the VPN because right now I can't, and I really would like to ask questions. I will donate, of course.
I wonder if bargaining is expected in African culture. When I was in Sierra Leone, I drove a hard bargain at a mall. My guide complimented me on my bargaining skills. They may not be trying to cheat you, but are giving you an opening price, which you can then counter.
I like your video Guys, speaking the truth about what you have seen and experienced in Rwanda. Now about the pricing of things, don't be put off, it is in the culture of almost all African countries, but also in china, India, Dubai sharja etc. Capitalism thing. Prices are negociable. From the price of a tomato to the house's rent always NEGOCIATE. Even me as a Rwandan, I have to negociate the price everywhere.
Rwandans seem to be better builders than some other countries in Africa. The finishing in the houses are superb plus the houses are more reasonable if you are buying. The bungalow for $75,000 is very reasonable.
I don't like to subscribe to Chanels but I did to yours just because I'm happy to beautiful family coming home to mother land big love🥰
We appreciate you. Much ❤️
God bless back people amine I love you
One Love Yoo!
🥰🥰🥰

I love your hair Cousin & Daughter hair gorgeous
Prudence Health Goodlife Hi love!! Thank you 😘😘
Oh, they're not a couple?
Piman Mann Jaques huh 🤔
Lovely family
Don't get upset fam. The bargain price is common issue in Africa , and most of the time are based on physical appearence, language or economy of the country you're from. but this in not the hate , it is because of purchasing power of foreigners coming in africa , Africans always assume that they have money and they can take an advantage from them . And the payment method as most is cash in hand , has big influence on the bargain price and ( corruption) . What I can say on Rwanda is that they are trying as much as they can , to cut off the circulation of cash in hands in all of sectors , electronic payment will end up all bargain prices and the price of everything will be fixed same as in some countries. And I would like to add that in Rwanda all prices of Commodities, transports, services , etc are fixed by the government , and must be fixed to all products ,and online for services , So people does it diferently, it is against the law .They are looking their own interest and ruinning their businesses as usaid.
Its just a matter of time , in 5 years those issuesI hope will be fixed inside Rwanda , I live in UK but I know how much effort Rwanda is putting in that issue of ending cash payment system . There is no room of corruption in Rwanda and no one should be overcharged . And also always ask electronic receipt whenever you buy something or service 😂 if is not given , then the real price and what you paid can't be trusted . If you don't feel confortable with corner shops(small businesses) try malls , they always have fixed prices . Thank you
M C thank you for breaking this down. Coming from America, we are not used to people changing prices. This is not good business.
Thanks . I know is very stressful , but I'm sure you will be used in short time as Rwandan people are very friendly , approachable and calm , the integration there is very simple but The government is working on that issue and you are a part of the change , it is time to play your role to the motherland .
By the time you will be settled well, the easiest way to be connect with local people there is to attend the Community work (UMUGANDA) it is always happen on saturday the last week of every month. I'm sure you are aware of it. All businesses and activites have to close from 7 am to 12:00 . Cleaning, construction , assisting vulnerable and pool people and other community activities. These happen till 10:00 AM then community meeting till 12:00 where you have to address some village( neighbourhood) issues or any issue in country have to be discussed with local leaders and top leaders reside in that community , and exchanging ideas, find solutions , know each others , etc
After Covid - 19 measures you will love it.
💯% True. I was Born and raised in Africa/Rwanda. We always negotiate for everything. Everywhere in Africa, Foreigners are overpriced. People believe that flying all over the US to Africa, they got a plenty of money to spend for vocation. @Jackson, I've seen and enjoyed your video looking for a house to lent. Please consider negotiating. $700/month is enough for those houses. even $500 can make it.
@@KundaEstate unfortunately thats not correct not for the houses I have seen. Africa has changed alot land in some cities is more expensive than New York. The houses i have seen so far are in upscale neighborhood they wont come cheaper even for us locals coz there is demand for them and the neighborhood are not that big. So without furniture maybe 1000 - 1500. Now if they go to a middle income area or apartment yes they can get 300- 700 depending on location
would be better if all prices were the same and it was no negotiation. However bargaining in many countries is common and not going anywhere.
The Truth brah. From a born African living in US. They see dollar signs or ATM. It is comforting to know that they have different prices for different people. SAD. I also realized they charge wealthier Africans more. It is what it is.
Samosas is an East african dish. Most East african dishes are heavily influenced with indian dishes. Especially coastal areas like Dar-es-salaam Tz and Mombasa Kenya.
I’m Rwandan I grew up there and one thing I dislike about Rwanda is the STARING! I don’t know you guys experienced it but that it a habit I think Rwandans need to shed. Blessings🙏🏾
Thank you for the live video! I have two questions:
What are your thoughts about single women traveling/moving to Kigali?
Can you have a vegan lifestyle there?
I am Rwandan, and I can tell you that the country is vegetarian. you can live as a vegan as well
Anywhere in black Africa is a headquarters for the vegan lifestyle. Especially in east Africa. Meat is not a daily food
Kigali is safest city wherever you are, if you got a problem anyone will help you, we have the most progressive politik for women in Africa,i can ever say in the world. For food just traveling anywhere to african just say you don't eat any meat.No one eat meat everyday. I had a german friend who was a vegetarian, she told me that most of the time people don't know what is a vegetarian is but she has a lot of choice of food than in German.
💕💕💕💕💕💕
Lol, sorry about that guys but some placed are like that specially when poverty or something like that is in a country. I did experience that in Turkey as well. But regarding Rwanda, they do it to Rwandans from abroad as well cos they think you have lots of money on you. But usually, you just tell the person that you know the price and walk away, next time he/she won't mess with you.😂😂
Unfortunately, bad business practices happens. I have experience this in the DR, Columbia, Brazil, Cuba, and Johannesburg. I call it the gringo prices when I am in a Spanish speaking country. But like you mentioned, I don’t let that bad experience ruin my trip. The perception that all Americans have money is real. Lol.
😀💜💜💜
blessings family...i have a question regarding spirituality and are the locals open to learning about things outside the scope of christianity or islam? i am a black buddhist monk that would love to come and teach meditation and do retreats there for the diasporian community... ashe 3x
Come through and find out. The Rwanda people have a beautiful spirit.💯
Tourism Charges 😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣 it's An African Thing... Welcome 🏠🏡🏡🏡🏠
We Love 💕😍😘
Can you get the NFL on Satellite TV out there?
Hey, can y'all work on the intro please? Give us alittle bit of your background other than saying unapologetic nomads. Maybe some sights and scenes of the places you've visited. Just a suggestion!
This young, self-aware princess said "we did alot of healing..." Wow, wonderful!!💥
Im a Certified Chef here in the States, if i move there i wonder the pay for chefs?? Love the vibes of your family..
Open a restaurant
@@shebad4563 thought about that. I do fusion cooking like Chinese fried chicken wings, creole spaghetti, curry lamb, jerk chicken and lots more i guess living there and being taught local cuisine would help too. My family is from Louisiana so Gumbo and red beans and rice is my love too. Time will tell i have to go visit this Beautiful place.I have a love for Ethiopian food i looked at living there too but it seems more expensive..
@@sddunlop I think you will be so successful starting your own restaurant... The minute I find a remote job or find a business that will generate income... I'm looking into exporting goods but I don't even know where to begin.... Im so happy for this family the fact that they are living the dream.
@@shebad4563 thanks SISTA... Im looking at Africa or St. Lucia( i interned there when i was In college in 2010) i would love yo meet this beautiful family one day, they are just beautiful.. Blessings and Love
man don't worry about that, it happens too to locals. sellers like to bargain with the customers so if you are told its 25$ you reply 10$ then the seller will give it to you for 15$. it is normal just dont take it personal
I feel you on price jacking but I have been all over the world and that happens everywhere even in the states it happens. Thats been going on forever so I dont think that can be put on any country on continent
As for the pricing differences, even Africans from another country get a higher price when visiting, I also experienced it when in Rwanda, just know how to ask "how much" in local lingo and suppress your accent and you'll be fine. I don't complain about it really because it's markets, can't complain about markets, if you know trading you know what I mean i.e that is how the world works. Even in America if a large number of tourists flock a place, the price of goods will go up, the difference is in America they take the inconvenience factor into doing it per individual, it's markets, they assume you can afford it.
I would love to be a nomad as well!! Our Creator didn't want us to be mentally and physically enslaved working for others!!
We love Americans particularly the #Blacks you're our bros & sis
What about doing a video 📹 on take a bus 🚌 ride and how to get a bus 🚌 card 💳
Please teach them that, talk to the drivers, talk to the shoptears, please some of these people have grown up with this. Also I. Rwanda they avoid to tip because they want to fight corruption
Can you tell me about university lectureship and how easy is it to get one.
Dear unapologetic nomads, for price thing we call it bargaining price in Africa. If they tell u 10k u bargain upto 5 or 4k. Unless the shop has a fixed priced
They do it if to us even Rwandans
Are you guys from the D.C area ?
Naw. Philly.
Do they do plant base food there
Prudence Health Goodlife Yes...there are many farms. You can find so much organic healthy food here...it’s amazing!
Seriously Prudence, what kind of question is that?plant based? The whole damn country is green... Pick and eat sis lol
Hi dear, just wanted to ask you some thing. By profession I am chef. I was interested in relocate in Rwanda. What are the honest advise ? Interesting in opening a fast food outlet. Waiting for your reply. Thanks
Good move
I already have a foot there
