Georgiana, Thank you for sharing this! I prefer and wear regular nail polish, and recently decided to start painting my own press-ons, (because why not? Sounds fun to do!) and I only have regular nail polish, and I was worried that I wouldn't be able to use it, or the nails wouldn't come out as good. Save for the big nail clipper, I have everything you have, and then letting them cure after a final dry is what I would do as well. But you gave me some great tips about buffing the nail tips first. I did not do that with my first attempt... I will have to do that next time!
Hi Georgiana, thank you so much for making this video. I normally paint with gel, but only had the color I wanted in regular nail polish. This trip helped me avoid a trip to nail supply and complete a pretty nail set first thing this morning. Thanks!!!
2 minutes into the video and i can already tell this just embodies what i want. I work on cars so my natural nail dont stand a chance, but i wanna be a cute nail girlie when im not working 😭 been scouring youtube for a video like this!
TYSM for sharing this video. I am so glad I found it. The tip about how to paint in all directions to not have streaks is very helpful as that is a problem I've been having when painting my press - ons. I really appreciate your advice.
This video is so informative. Thank you so much. I'm a beginner wanting to start putting false nails on so I'll be getting the things you've shown and follow these instructions
Lovely! I have a question please, can u use a base coat then a top coat on the nail tips before adding a regular nail polish to give it better strength, or instead I can just apply the regular nail polish directly on the nail tip and just use a top coat for finishing?
Mine chipped after 4 days on one of the nails. I then placed some nail polish over the chipped area. That is the down side with regular nail polish. It lasts better if I put an Top Coat that cures in a lamp to keep the regular nail polish better.
Thank you for the video... i messed up painting the nail and tried to take the polish of with polish remover but it didnt come off... does that happen to you too? Do i have to just throw away the nail?
It's the same as having it on natural nails. Depending on how long we stay with the hands in the water. On my about 2 days as I stay with my hands in the water a lot 😄.
Sorry, sadly I wasn't inspired to take a photo or film, whilst they were on. I now regret it. They looked cute. Now I managed to grow my natural nails and have my most recent video on that.
Hi Deborah, I can't believe I didn't come back to you as I planned. So sorry. I always went for Red Carpet as it is more affordable than other ones out there. Lately I haven't been buying them. I use just normal nail polishh on my natural nails because lately I discovered some really good products that helped grow my nails stronger. However I used to choose Red Carpet when I bought for UV lamp. Or CND but I remember those were more expensive than Red Carpet. Hope this helps. Thank you for your comment 💓
Hi, can you help me out plz!I've been making some, but after applying nail polish, the surface wrinkles. I came to know they slip off because the last layer isn't dried enough, but the after drying the first coat itself appears wrinkled even after i buff them. And the the other thing that happens is my nails break from the middle after i glue them on my fingers. I've heard the more number of coats i give the sturdier it becomes, but even after giving 4 coats, it still fractures.
Oh no, it sounds like you need to remove them since you say the false nail broke from the middle? I don't know why that might happen. It didn't happen to me. Not sure what to advise. If the nails are broken maybe they need to be removed and then replaced with other nails. And not sure why the layers might wrinkle either. I wish I would know to advise better.
Thank you so much for watching. Sending love to all of you ❤️
Great video, sending blessings from Scotland. 🙏🏴🌹

Since its regular nail polish will it chip fast?

Hello, when I’m painting the false nails with regular polish , in the process of drying they are forming cracks or ridges , how can i prevent that
Thank you for the video... i messed up painting the nail and tried to take the polish of with polish remover but it didnt come off... does that happen to you too? Do i have to just throw away the nail?
How long does the regular nail polish go before it starts to chip?
It's the same as having it on natural nails. Depending on how long we stay with the hands in the water. On my about 2 days as I stay with my hands in the water a lot 😄.
I've had it last up to 2 weeks. All depends on the top coat
You should’ve buffed or applied a matte gel coat before for it to last longer
Thank you. If I will do that again, I will keep your advice in mind.
Thank youu🥰🥰
Liked your video, just a suggestion...maybe next time do your nails on a plain surface....it's better on the eye 🤗❤
Thank you Sonja, I appreciate your input and I completely agree. It is something I was thinking as well when I have seen it. Xx
What do they look like on! 💛

Hey girl, can you recommend nail polishs to use with a uv lamp? 😘
