So he had me do the aiming test like in this video. After closing an eye each, I learned that I am left-eye dominant. He said this was wrong, and to prove his point he made me change the position of the pen until I was "right-eye dominant". What he didn't know is that I learned to do things left- or right-handed depending on the situation when I was growing up and learning (I thought everyone as humans knew this). I snap left-handed. I write right-handed. I deal cards left-handed. I rake both handed because as a kid I got tired and had to switch.

I have also discovered a logical side of myself and am actually very much like a LEFT brained person and I believe that justifies why my LEFT side is more dominant. Left dominance and right dominance, at least in my personal perspective, are simply the difference between a black ink pen and color pencils. Obviously one is meant for taking notes with and the other is better for drawing with, but that doesn't mean you can't use a color pencil to take notes or a boring black ink pen to draw with. As an aspiring writer I often use the black ink pen to draw with, that is to say I use logic and do constant informative research so as not to stray far from realism or rationality in my creative writing. The science of things fascinates me and logical structures in not just creative thinking but within elements of true-to-real-life settings are very significant to me despite me being apparently very right-brained. It's like a cartoony fantasy writer compared to a highly rational mystery writer, if you manage to become intensely enthralled by the story of the mystery writer you cannot say that this right-brained person is not creative yet logically ingenious. In the end, dominance (in this case anyways) is just an advantage; it is simply two swords, but one is sharper than the other. That doesn't mean that you must or can only use the sharper sword, nor does it mean you can never favor the other one. In fact you may already be well using the other sword more often and it doesn't mean that this less sharp sword cannot be or is not being used effectively and meaningfully. But really though we all hold both swords at once as we clearly cannot let go or be without one or the other, and so when it suits us we might as well use the less personally favored sword, something which we are already always doing. To sum it all up, all this test tells us (with questionable accuracy of course) is which side of our minds may be sharper overall (pun intended). That's how I see it anyways. And I suggest that you make up your own opinions about this subject, but feel free to copy any elements of my views. Thank you for reading.

Left brained people are good at learning languages and speaking? That’s just bs, I have a Physics average of 98 but can’t even think of words in my mother tongue and sometimes stutter also I’ve been getting French lessond for 5 years at school and I can barely form sentences.
I think it’s very general, because I am great at maths and I am great with languages (I speak 3 languages besides my mother tongue) and I paint, but physics for example, is a real conundrum to me. I mean I had to study it a lot because I just didn’t get it even though maths was never a problem. And I am definately a left brained person. To adapt and live in any situation or society for a huge array of reasons and I'm sure tons we have no idea why. True two parts working together as a whole is better, but there are dominance's throughout your whole body. The brain in particular has studies about the activity throughout it, how each part of the brain can have different levels of activity. In nature nothing is ever 100%, so stating it's a myth on being right or left brain dominate first think of the probability of them working exactly at the same functioning level.

It is like if you are right or left handed, if you break your right arm and you were right handed, guess what, you start building skill in the other hand right away. By the time the right arm has healed, you are nearly ambidextrous out of necessity. This has not changed or retired your brain, you just did what needed to be done.

The percentage indicates that I have an incomplete dominance of the right side of my brain, but going by the characteristics of the left and right side of the brain...it should be the left side. Having said that, some of the tests I could not do because of my disability, which may have skewed my score.
Wait...I know each side of the brain controls the opposite side of the body, so, are the organs on the left side more associated with emotional hormones and visa versa on the right side or is it a different part of each brain's sides than the part that controls your motor function, that this test tells about them?

Strange. Im a Left hand person. I got -77% as result. It means my right side brain is 100% Dominant. But i usually doing problem solving tasks and also with lot of algorithmic logic on difference kind of programming issues. Cheyenne Kizirian does that same logic go with which hand is more dominant, or which leg, foot, eye, finger and any other body part is more dominant? Cause each individual have tons of dominant things we just don't think about it. Or perhaps the word dominant vs preferred or subconsciously or human make up to use one part of the body more than the others is very normal. To adapt and live in any situation or society for a huge array of reasons and I'm sure tons we have no idea why. True two parts working together as a whole is better, but there are dominance's throughout your whole body. The brain in particular has studies about the activity throughout it, how each part of the brain can have different levels of activity. In nature nothing is ever 100%, so stating it's a myth on being right or left brain dominate first think of the probability of them working exactly at the same functioning level.

It is like if you are right or left handed, if you break your right arm and you were right handed, guess what, you start building skill in the other hand right away. By the time the right arm has healed, you are nearly ambidextrous out of necessity. This has not changed or retired your brain, you just did what needed to be done.
