'23 Vineyard Season Review

Early winter, 2023, we made a list of improvements we hoped to accomplish in the vineyard for the coming season (besides growing grapes). How did we do? This video shows how the improvements turned out and includes the jobs that need to be done to wrap up the season.

I’m year one into my backyard vineyard…and your video have helped tremendously. Inspirational! For your red wines, I find that my wines still have too much CO2. Do you degas or have any secrets? I tried 5nm sintered steel rounds and a vacuum pump in my demijohn prior to bottling, and that worked well. But are there other possible methods?
