Hey babe hope u have a lovely time away …don’t put pressure on yourself- easier said than done I know .. I used to think that I’d have to be ok if an event comes up so I don’t let others down … but you just do u .. if u need a break then have a break .. but like u said symptoms change all the time so fingers crossed you’ll be fine I’m sure you will be .. try not to over think it xx😘😘😘
Thank you Paula zx
I have MdDS. Six years on July 1st from a plane. I just took myself off clonazepam after four years on and off. I also stopped all coffee. My symptoms have been pretty severe as I get used to trying to get to a non-medicated or drug baseline. I can only talk about myself. After Mount Sinai, gyrostim, meds and almost anything else you can think of, my MdDS is a level 8 or 9 daily no matter what. I follow Dan and Dr. Yo, and I read all of the medical abstracts and research. I am also plant based and follow Buddhist principles by trying to stay in the moment. It is not easy. I do not have any answers. I only wish everyone who feels like this stillness.
You’re in good company here. I think it’s very brave of you to come off of the meds. I don’t drink caffeine either. How long ago did you find the steady coach?
@@dizzydee2021 I would say she was probably one year into her videos. Maybe two years now. I do think that going on to a plane as a normal person, getting off and being fine and then the mdds started the next morning after sleep makes it more of a signaling issue than a repressed memories issues. Sure, keeping anxiety low can help, but after going to Mount Sinai and talking with Sergei, the treatment is to reach the VOR using the OKN stripes. If he were able to get mine right (which he didn't), I would be normal again even with the other issues that life has thrown at me. The meds that I have taken including Zoloft, never reached that area or caused a good enough result for me to keep using the medication. However, if you are responding to anything that helps you, then keep doing it. If something works, I will certainly let the community know.
@@seeyouonthefly2024 I agree with you. What a journey you’ve had. Did the clonazepam help??
Have a lovely time, dont put pressure on yourself just take one day one hour at a time and don't overthink it.
Thanks babe xx
Have a great journey Dee, I hope it makes you feel better.

Fantastic you’re going to do this! Hope you both have a great time and happy birthday to Gary! Like others have said, rest if you need to, just so you can enjoy your time there. Let us know how the journey goes too. Sending lots of love xx
Aww thank you darling 💕. My whole body is vibrating today as it would’ve been my dad’s 80th birthday today. I’m hoping by Thursday that I’ll be on better form 🙏🏼 xx
