Ingredients:
100g milk chocolate
100g dark chocolate
60g golden syrup
60g unsalted butter
40g mini marshmallows
80g digestive biscuits
150g approx. of Rolos.
Method:
1. Line a square or rectangular tin of medium size with baking parchment
2. Add golden syrup and butter to microwavable plastic dish - melt in microwave.
3. Add chunks of the milk and dark chocolate to the melted butter and syrup mixture. Use all the chocolate.
4. Stir until smooth - you may need to put back into the microwave for a few more seconds.
5. Into a bowl add marshmallows, small broken digestive biscuit pieces and about 3 tubes of Rolos. You can also use mini Rolos if you wish. Mix up and then add to the chocolate mixture.
6. Give a good stir so that the chocolate coats everything.
7. Pour into your tin and use the back of your spoon to flatten out.
8. Pour over the last tube of rolos and press in.
9. Put in the fridge for about 1-2 hours and then cut into pieces.
10. Enjoy!
NOTE: I would keep in the fridge to keep firm (so it doesn’t melt) - it can also be frozen if you wrap up in tin foil.
