The education system in forgin is very good they take phycological test every year about their interest of subject if you like computer they will teach you like computer if you like arts they will teach you arts and teach students what they like only and in India we like the subject or not we have to study it.
And because of this forgin student get their concepts better and good at their work because they like that subject.
India should also apply this rule of education.

Came here from Google's video on how they employ people and one major thing that they kept emphasizing on was they just do not care about marks and GPA's... They just care about capabilities, background knowledge and skills.
So, please stop emphasizing on getting high marks.
For gre gpa is important but not for Google.

2. App to control one phone with another (basically sharing your touchcreen),
3. Customized blogger template so that it can be merged in app and web app for my university.
And many short projects.
Also, I am expert in 2D animation (motion graphics). Completed 8 projects and eraned 15k+ and counting.
I hope so it all helps you. I learned this all because i spend 10+ hours (daily average) with my laptop and google since last 6 years and 6-7days (laptop average uptime).

1.Focus on one language, but be comfortable with any language. (For me its Java)
2. Use official docs more over people blog, however people's blog are quick tips and helpful too so don't underestimate that too.
3. Never forgot problems that give optimize solution, keep revising.
4. Data Structures are important too, don't focus on code side much , focus on its concept.
5. Projects will help you. Try to merge everything what you learnt in your project, optimize it on you side. Small projects are good but make sure you complete it.
6. Be in developers community/ make friends who are more active on projects.
7. Be more social, post your achievements, new learnings, projects, anything related to your field.
1st/2nd years, you have great time for yourself . Not only learn, but play/enjoy also.

I've passed my 12th, But I'll work hard on maths in coming years!
Ill give you a advise, your knowledge only matters not marks some ppl get into google through marks and talent while some get in through purely talent, just learn coding, if you think you can only learn them from clg then you are wrong, you can learn even in UA-cam since you are just passed your 12th u have lots of time, if you start learning coding now after 2 yrs which will be your 3rd yr in clg youll have a huge upper hand among your competitors in interviews even if u had many arrears, And believe me codings are so easy and fun, if u have any doubt ask me here,
Start from python, you dont have to be master in every language, just learn one

First of all
1) the salary which was written in the thumbnail is in RS . They get salary in dollors$
2) these people don't work in india rather they work US because google employ people from all over rhe world and made them to work in a single building ie GOOGLE HEADQUATERs in US .
3) the living standards are ofcourse higher than that of India. Purchasing a house or buying a flat is approximate 150 times higher than india .Moreover other expenses are also higher.
4) and if we compare their actual living standards like that of india then they approximately earn like 12 lakh.
Means that if you spend 12 lakh per annum in india in purchasing electronics or flat is similar to that wgich they purchase in US .
5) in the end . I am not saying that you shouldn't do there or work in google .all am i saying that approximately it will become the same money you spend in US or in india.
6) but converting the price of Dollor$ to rupees is not fair .
