"ultimately are you a fan of Lord of the Rings" does not justify the cost of these boxes. We shouldn't be paying $1000 retail for 12 packs of cardboard less than a year old (this shit isn't even vintage yet).
There is no excuse for this ridiculous price gouging by both WoTC AND resellers. They are only destroying their game to bleed their players dry. They know they are that's why they said they are going to slow down releases after their next years run. I just hope players can survive another year of this ridiculous launch schedule without just giving up completely.
I've been a Lord of the Rings fan for 40 years, I have collected everything Lord of the Rings, I would love to collect this set but FUCK WIZARDS.
