Gotta love how they introduce this incantation at first nothing happens but slowly almost as a mantra it slowly starts to take effect slowly taking over till it's in full effect and when Rapunzel sings the words along the dark background music really sets the tone that this just when dark. Both incantation are diametrically opposed reflections like the sun and moon day and night, life and death powerful magic yet incredible dangerous if taking lightly. Me seeing Rapunzel singing the incantation makes me think she's summoning some otherworldly terror which this magic is but more like summoning a physical manifestation of death and decay a shadowy beast out to punish those who have hurt.

1st of all i think she is crying cause either its a dark incantation and she doesn't like dark incantations or she knows she cant control it yet...there are many maybe s.....2nd one more reason that probably she is crying is because it is like the shanringans on Naruto...if you use powerful incantations for too long its overwhelming
I'd say it's a bit of both the sheer overwhelming power and darkness slowly taking a hold of her and she knows she can't stop but wants to, it's a possession one she can't break free
