      I would say they are all important, it depends on what you’re comparing them to (animals, babies, etc.) I like the ability to lie one, myself

      Im not a linguist, but Id imagine the list of "necessary" characteristics for a recognizably intelligent species would probably include displacement, semanticity, and productivity (and probably prevarication too). I can imagine a being that is potentially advanced and dominant in its environment without the others.
