My Mother suffering from something like this Achalasia but not sure , slowing slowing her health is going down, It's been 1 year she can eat solid food properly but she can't drink water properly it's very difficult do drink any liquid, her speech getting damaged and now unable to understand what she is talking 😭 is this Achalasia or something else please reply 🙏

Hlo mujhe 5,6 months se swallowing mein problem aa rhi hai.paani peena mein koi dikat nhi par jab khana khata hu tab swallow nhi hota ulti jaisa hota hai par ulti nhi ati.

mei 12 saal se Achalasia Cardia diseases ki patients hu . 11 saal age me mera surgery hua tha
but 50% thik hua. uske baad 5 saal problem tha but ab to iske saath hi jina padega to adat dal li
par try karna hoga ki khane ka time pani kam pina pade.... pani to chahiye kiuki pani ka bina kha bhi nehi sakte. par jitna ho seke kam pani pina padhe ahi try karna padega ... mei bhi try kia pehele problem hua par ab dhire dhire pani ka bina kha raha hu ..... 2 saal se mei 70 % recover kar lia . par digestive problem thoda hei .... apr jitna bhi problem ho khana khate jana.....nehi to body weak ho jayega ,,waight kam ho jaye ga,,,, mera 5 saal pehele waight tha 41 or ab 58 .......or ek baat
khane k 1 minit pehele thoda pani pina padega usse khana easy ho jayega...........easab mera parsonal exprience hei ...bol dia .......socha agar kisi ka help ho.. to achhi baat hei .........

Surgery could be the last option as acid reflux become significantly high and you have to go through some sort of medication rest of life to keep the acid low in stomach. Injection is short time relief however ballon dialysis is the best option as per my experience. Ballon Dialysis involve no surgery at all, a 30 minute procedure could last up to 5 years and you can go up to 3 Dialysis. I suffered through Achalasia and My Doctors could never diagnose until I found out through my own research. Unfortunately There is no cure available for this strange disease and living with it is really a nightmare. My personal advise in this regard is that whoever has symptoms, please do not delay, it could turn into cancer otherwise.

Hi, I too faced the same condition like you..mai relate kar pa rahi hu..5saal pehle hi POEM surgery hui hai..Ab thik se kha pati hu.. Dusro se slow khati hu abhi bhi but thik hai.. Khane k sath pani pina hi padta hai khane ko push karne k liye.. Iss condition ka koi permanent ilaj nahi hai bas symptoms kam kiye ja sakte hai.. Well I am happy k ab mai thik hu aur at least kha pati hu..

Balloon dilation is the only non surgical treatment can be taken, but POEM or HM is better and best ever for Achalasia Cardia.

Sir maine manometry test karya usme achalasia type 1 aya hain..lekin barrium ,ct thorax and endoscopy reports normal aya hain ..khnana nigolne main muje problem nehi ata hain lekin gole mey kuch atka hua lagta hain ..kia aey achalasia ho sakta hain.. please provide me proper guide.I very much scared about it

in my last endoscopy done in January 2019 the sphincter was relaxed.. doctor bola tha aapka dhakkan khula hua hai pura... but in barium test the foodpipe formed bird’s peak shape which is typical of achalisa... But how is it possible for an open LES to tighten? 😪

I had manometry 2 years back lekin usmain shayad fragmented peristalsis likha tha baki pakka yaad nahi coz report is lost now...

Arey don't worry, change the consultant and go for Manometry test again, you will be fine, and don't worry about cancer.
Achalasia India which test did u get done for diagnosis ? Barium one? And since how many years u have this problem
@@shiningglory5414 I've Achalasia cardia since childhood, almost 15 years, Barium swallow was the first one and Manometry is the final test.

U didnt get endoscopy? And why so late.. it shud be done in first visit to doctor
I went to docto yesterday that i have swallowing issues okay lets do endo right now.. got it done
I had told doctor about achalsia before only.. then after endo he told me u dont have this disease at all.. I have faith on him as he does 15/20 endos every day and lot of experience
But i have gerd.. my sphincter relaxes too much

Unfortunately , there is no cure for lifetime.

Ye Achalasia Cardia ki alaamatein nahi hain, kisi bhi doctor ko dikhaya ja sakta hai common problem lag rahi hai, specialist gastroenterologist hota hai in problems ke liye.

Kyu bhiya agar Achalasia type III aur mere papa ko medicine se sab Khana ja rha hai . Toh surgery nhi karwayge toh chlega na.
Khaana collect nahi hona chahiye food pipe me, agar aisa hota raha to dilation se peristalsis chali jayegi jo phir kabhi wapas nahi mil payegi.
