Love this vlog Des. Thank you for sharing. I’ve tried deactivating FB but after few months, I activated it back. It’s mainly for connecting with important people in my life now. Can’t relate with having my groceries delivered, doing my own groceries is therapeutic for me. Gossiping - I try as much not to engage on this but there are times that I fail. Nway, I admire you being consistent with your nightly walks. I love that you have a safe space to do it.
Oh I relate to a lot on your list. My top 3 are negative self-talk, watching news, and mindless consumerism. Found my people 🙌🏻
